August 2025 update. It's alright, the people at the desk got replaced and it's no longer as friendly and helpful as it used to. Also if you have or get a storage here closely monitor how much they charge you and when, they charged me for 3 months on a unit I changed out of. Sure part of it is my fault for not checking but they didn't refund me either, I guess their camera footage can't go back 3 months.

This is a great place to store your valuable things when they are not being used or displayed. Ginger is the greatest, she’s helpful, kind and courteous. She has a professional demeanor yet still caring. We are still renting at this location because she is still there.👍🏾😉

Coming from out of town and not knowing anything about the area or the people the culture and the facility. The first impression was great I was greeted and helped right away despite the fact she was in the middle of helping someone else she made me feel comfortable and assisted me with all my questions and even walk me to my unit. She explained in detail all entry points how they work and asked if I had any more questions. I was extremely satisfied and appreciative. With my home goods in this storage for more than 12 months I'm confident my items will be safe and secure. I definitely would recommend this particular extra space storage.

Renting a storage space went smoothly. I told Ms. Smith what I wanted to store and she suggested a unit just right for my needs. The facility and the grounds are well maintained. Nice location.
