Shopped at this location for over 10 years and had the best experience today with Crystal. I came with a return and she helped me find my new size. The store was busy with customers but Crystal and her teammates were able to help me in the fitting room. Highly recommend this location!

Some older staff would ignore you and talk to white customers even when you made eye contact with them. Would recommend diversifying hiring if you care about your bottom line.

The store is nicely organized. The staff seems very indifferent. Not helpful but not unpleasant. I feel like an inconvenience when I'm there.

I love this brand! Being in DT Naperville this location does get a lot of foot traffic so it's usually pretty busy and can be messy because of it, but they definitely get some unique pieces other stores don't. Everyone helps me when I need it, and they can order online for you if they don't have the size there. Wouldn't be my first location choice because of DT parking, but I would definitely go back if they had the item I was looking for.

I really love Loft. Like most of my work clothes are from here. Like every time I get a compliment on something it is from there. And the people who work there are amazing too. I really don't enjoy shopping and they go out of their way to help you find clothes that flatter your shape and make you feel amazing! I will always come back here!
