There is a greeter as you enter where you can find what you want by asking right when you enter. The selection is quite extensive with different price points. I will definitely return when I am in the market for a new product.

Arrived late on Christmas Eve, hours before closing, to pick up a sump pump to replace the one at home which had failed. The Lowe's employee helped get me all set up: find the right size sump, the right PVC piping, and other materials so I could get home quickly and stop the water that was seeping into my basement. He was a lifesaver.

Your online calculator and in store rep were wrong about how much tile I needed. They were also both wrong about how much product you had on hand. Terrible experience after I traveled for over an hour to this specific location.

Ordered an appliance from you 12-10-23, was to be received in store 12-26–23, no call back , no confirmation emails, called twice - no help.So I cancelled the order, wasn’t going to wait endlesslyWent to Home Depot, ordered and received the appliance in one weekThank you for nothing and waisting my time.My friends family and I shop elsewhere now.

We recently purchased an wall oven and customer service was top notch- Amy B specifically was super easy to work with and her communication exceeded my expectations. There was a delay with our order but she would send frequent email updates which I've never experienced before but much appreciated. If you need a new appliance, be sure to ask for her when you go to the Naperville store.

#loweshomeimprovement bait and switched me!!! I bought (4) 6-pack of 8.7 planters and (3) 4-pack 6.7 planters. I checked the quantity in the descriptions and screenshot both items. They changed their website after I made the purchase because of their error and I am told the only option is return and they will give me a gift card for my inconvenience. They said I technically only paid for one pot so they will not honor it, but per their website I paid for what was advertised . I declined the extra gift card. I just want what I ordered please! On short you can NOT trust #lowes online store! Returning the entire order. It's not customer service fault but there should be a higher up to be able to see what happened and honor what was advertised. I know my measly $150 order is not important to a large company like this but I will make sure that my remodeling company doesn't use them either.

The associate Barbara and another gentleman went out of their way to really help me look for a small Christmas tree for my front door. They were so patient and helpful. This Lowe’s usually offers items that are a little better quality and upper end as compared to Home Depot and Menards.

Worst experience ever shopping with Lowe's. Purchased a washer and dryer and fridge (~$5K). Came in on a Saturday evening and it took over an hour to get an associate to even acknowledge us. Went up to customer service to ask for assistance + they paged someone to Appliances. We walk back to the section and the associate looks at us and says "no one will come to help, it's just me," Okay? A little rude, but we've already been here an hour so we just sat and waited patiently. I was both annoyed and impressed by the lack of Fs given. Finally, she looks into what we want to order. One of the items is out of stock, but we had a working appliance at home so we agreed to wait until it was back in stock and move forward with the order. Their "system was down" so they had to ring us out a regular register while also juggling other customers who were dealing with an equally unenjoyable experience. We received 2 delivery windows 10 - 2 and 11 - 4. Everything came at about 9AM. Would rather they arrive early, so that was fine. The tech ran a test wash and I noticed water on the floor. Open the washer and there is a sharp hole in the side of the drum. Call Lowe's and they tell me they'll pick it up and deliver a new one, but can't do it the same day. So we schedule the pick up day and another delivery day. The new washer gets delivered and the drum is damaged (off balance and shoved to one side). The tech also installed the drain line incorrectly which I'm thankful my dad noticed before is ruined the wall. I call and ask that they pick up and deliver a new washer the same day as this is the second time they've delivered broken merchandise. They blame the manufacture and tell me I'd have to buy another washer if I want it delivered same day. So I have to spend more money for your incompetence? No thanks...So I call the store and instead of connecting me with someone that can help, they send me back to the delivery line. The delivery manager calls me and explains he can't do an exchange but the store can, but the store won't answer the phone....Sooooooo - now I sit in delivery window hell, because they can't send out a new washer until they pick up the broken one and process the return.Abraham at the delivery facility was delightful, but the cowards at Lowe's store should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service.I will never purchase another item with Lowe's and will take my business else where for any future purchase.UPDATE: On Thursday night, I scheduled a pick up with the delivery supervisor for Saturday. I was told they'd process the exchange and a new washer would be delivered Monday. Super inconvenient, but with the store unwilling to answer the phone, I had no other choice.They came and picked up the washer Saturday. The delivery team was shocked when the saw the condition of the inside of the washer. I asked if this happens to a lot of these machines and they said no, and this was very surprising.It's Monday at almost 4PM and the new washer hadn't arrived. Called Lowe's delivery. Waited an hour for a call back. The agent can't follow what is going on and says a delivery order hasn't been placed. She then said she'd schedule someone to come out and pick up the damaged until. Then she asks if I see my refund yet? Please tell me this is a prank show Like I said, that already happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor who can resolve this today. I'm on hold.........

Don't purchase an appliance from Lowes. I purchased a dryer that stopped working after only two weeks. I went back to the store so they would give a replacement and was told that since I didn't purchase it with a Lowes credit card they don't honor a 30 day warranty. They are incredibly rude and don't care about their customers. I will never spend another dime at any of their stores

DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS! We purchased an LG refrigerator 5 years ago and it's already stopped working due to a bad compressor. Most places won't even repair LG they are such throw away junk. This is the second LG we have had that did not last past the five year mark. Terrible product sold by Lowe's. Not worth the money, and Lowe's does not stand behind crappy products. Avoid LG at all costs!

Awful experience. Was happy to purchase a washer and drier from them. Great delivery and installation option. Everything went downhill when they came to deliver. They would not uninstall my machine as they said there was corrosion on the pipe. Advised them this was never mentioned to us at the store. I called the store asking for a full refund. Well you have to call another number for that. When I called, they stated they won't even install had we uninstalled due to corroded pipe. Suffice it to say I won't even purchase a nail from lowes
