Do not go with this company for vinyl plank flooring!! Customer service is atrocious. I have been hung up on multiple times and also treated very badly by the ones who did not hang up on me. I have planks not completely glued down, they did not caulk at the bathtub in one bathroom nor the shower in the other, the nails they used in the transition pieces are piercing the bottoms of my feet, and the biggest issue is wrong quarter round. They showed up without any quarter round at all and one bucket of glue for the entire house. My contract lists the quarter round that is supposed to go with the flooring I picked but the installers said they had to go buy it and then went to a local store and bought “best match”. It does not match! See picture. Darker one is what was supposed to be installed. Lighter one is “best match” which it clearly is not! Customer service said someone would come out and fix everything, but they had to have more quarter round shipped in from another warehouse because they did not have enough to replace what they had installed. Waited over a week before someone called and said the quarter round was in. Scheduled the installer for today 8/16. Waited 8 hours just to have the installer call me and tell me he doesn’t have the quarter round. I paid to have flooring done in my whole house, and spent way too much money to be getting dicked around. At this point, I want a partial refund so I can pay someone else to fix all this.
Edit: Response to Luna Gallery: Do you use the same installers as the on-line place? If so, then this still applies.

This was the worst investment ever. We had the flooring done in the entire house. Now they're gaps in-between some of the planks that you can fit an 50 piece on it's side. In other places you can pick a penny on its side. The worst one is in my bathroom it's 1/8 of a inch. I have a water proof floor but how can it be water proof with all these gaps?
I am not rich to pay almost $20,000 it hurts to be told I have to pay $150 just for them to look at the problem. No one will return my calls. I wonder if anyone else have had a problem. I have no recourse but to go to court.

I wish I could leave a corporate review because Im not sure what location actually completed the job as I call the general number for Luna. Had my for quoted out for LV. The installers came out after the contract was signed and stated that the price would be much more ro remove the old flooring and that whoever gave me the original quote with removal and install was way off. They decided to lay the new flooring over the old. Which I may add was approved by corporate Luna/Empire by a phone call. Fast forward 2 years and I now have a floor that has shifted/floated. Luna wants to charge me to have installers come out and view the flooring to determine whether or not its a factory defect or an install issue which is no longer covered under warranty. I know for a fact its an install issue so I refuse to pay a company to look at a mess they created knowing I wouldn't have them fix the problem. Also the lady I'm corresponding with at Luna is about as rude as it gets. Horrible customer service. For the money I spent on a new floor I expect so much more! Do not use this company! Choose a company thats not guided by corporate suites that are money hungry, make a decision to use your in town provider that cares. Luna sub contracts all the installers so once the job is done you're stuck with Lunas customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately thats not an option. I apologize that this review is left on Naperville but there's no other way to leave a review for Luna and unfortunately for Naperville they're my closest location.

I have been using Luna for years because they do SUCH GREAT WORK. Their prices are reasonable and they have a bunch of different options to choose from. Heather from the Naperville store has been outstanding to work with. She knows her stuff that's forsure. I would highly recommend hiring Luna for your flooring/carpet needs.

We had Luna come out to give us a price on three bedrooms. The salesperson (Aaron) who was very nice, measured and worked up a price. He told me the cost would be $5,974.00 for three bedrooms. I told him thank you but the cost is much. He started to talk about sales that had ended, and some other nonsense. Then txted his manager. Supposedly the manager gave him a new price of $3,500.00. How do they lower the price that much? Never got a straight answer. Then the salesman started pushing me to sign right a contract right then. I said no, I need to discuss with my husband. He said can’t you just call him now? It took some doing but i finally got him to leave. Then two hours later he txted me and wanted to come back. I said no! The next morning a women from Luna called and said we can lower the price to $3,150.00. I asked how can your company go from $5,900 to $3,100?? No, answer. It all just felt a bit shady. We will not be doing business Luna. Buyer beware!

Great experience. The installers did an excellent job. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The were really good about moving furniture and it disturbing connections and wiring. Carpet looks and feels great, would recommend.

New carpet was installed in a basement where there was none before. Process was seamless, the initial price was dropped significantly, the installers were on time and did the job well. No complaints! My advice is, after reading other reviews is, GO TO THE SHOWROOM. Talk to a person.

Rude salesperson Aaron, as soon as I wouldn't put money down today, tone shifted and he bolted. 3-5 appointment window, shows up at 5:40. Kick rocks Luna.
