This was my first experience with a MAC Makeup Artist and she was AMAZING! When I say that Shanda did an absolutely phenomenal job, I MEAN THAT SHE DID AN ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL JOB! I was celebrating my 65th Birthday and I didn't want a made up face look but a super natural look that more so accentuating my eyes. Shanda did exactly what I wanted... I was a little nervous and she kept telling me to trust the process... I did and take a look at her exceptional work!

It was my first time in MAC, and I went because I was hoping to get guidance / expert advice on a new and updated makeup routine.
Sofia helped me and she did an excellent job selecting products, applying to my face and explaining the techniques. She made me feel so comfortable as a 37 year old who hasn’t kept up with the trends and it was a fun experience!
The store is beautiful and good energy!

Anytime I need MAC, I visit this location. Janessa always helps me find the right colors, textures, and shades for my face. The staff will give you a half face so you can see the difference too. I like the quality of the makeup. The store is always organized, bright, and clean.

I opted for the skin essentials makeup service, which the website claims takes 15 minutes. However, the session ended up lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes. The staff member applied concealer and then left me waiting for 15 minutes while she attended to other customers before returning to apply foundation. For each application she left me waiting and the wait was incredibly exhausting. If the store is too busy or understaffed, they shouldn't accept appointments. After the session was finally over, I purchased the products and left. I will never visit this store in Naperville, IL again.

Always a good experience at this store. All of the employees are super helpful! I almost always find what I need- very rarely are items out of stock. I swear by their eyeliner and I don’t use anything else!

I can’t thank Sofia enough for helping me purchase all new makeup. She was so kind and so helpful! I felt taken care of the moment I walked in. Amna and Janessa were also nearby and so sweet. Such great energy in this store and will absolutely be back because the customer service was amazing!

My experience was so awesome, Alma is the best makeup artist I’ve ever met! She was so nice and attentive, she took her time giving me information about the products that she used and she had a great attitude/ only good vibes, I loved the experience getting my makeup done here and buying in this MAC store, I will definitely come back!

All of the ladies that work here are genuine, kind and helpful! I’ve had a pleasant experience each time I’ve visited this store. The facility is clean, with tons of makeup options to try from. The makeup try on “studio counter” is a game changer. I’ve spent hours trying on different lip shades, blushes, etc. with the employees here who offer endless recommendations that best suit my complexion. I would spend a lot more time finding makeup that suited me without their help and this try on counter option.I also need to give a special shoutout to Amna and Sophie who have specifically helped me in the past. They’re attentive to detail, patient, pleasant and informative with their product recommendations. Either promote those girls or give them a raise because I’m not becoming a loyal MAC customer again JUST for the product. Thank you, ladies!
