Very disappointed. I paid $18.00 to have a small order delivered today. It’s been setting for 5hrs no pickup. I will go to Home Depot for now on. I paid for delivery because it said today. I guess that means midnight is still today. Naperville is poorly managed. Who is the Manager lets lite him up.
With all of these poor reviews who do we call to get some action?
No one is answering me. I need my material today!

The morning staff aren't morning people or they're just rude. The cashier has the worst attitude by far.

We stopped at the Taco Truck out front in the parking lot. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and service was fast.

I Walked in through garden center this morning . Lady sitting down on stool with glasses seemed miserable working here , yet too lazy to even ask if needed any help…no greeting no asking if I needed help NOTHING . Probably the same people who think they deserve a raise without actually doing their job . Should be replaced . I have my own business across the street ,will no longer spend my money here . Will drive to Home Depot next time . She can just sit down and stare but not say anything or give quality customer service .

Going to their competition because I'm needing to shop for a bunch of stuff to renovate a place I just bought. Can't leave my small dog in the hotel room and Menard's is not pet friendly. 😒

Wife bought 15 bags of mulch yesterday. Would have appreciated a little help loading into the car at 63 years old but that must be the new customer service motto at Menards.

Excellent product with good quality and good prices and employees very helpful 10/10! The only bad thing is the rebait that you have to mail the receipts and I would like it if it were to be like Walgreens app, everyone having their account and their saving rewards in the app and could use them anytime!

Worst parking lot ever. So many people drive down one ways for closest parking. 10 minutes there were 5 vehicles doing this. Be careful or make sure to have a dash cam.

Hi there I am in route now I should have the car by then if that’s possible I usually just get a little bit late but I’m on my last one now and I can come home after I usually have my phone on my other car so if I have time to talk then you know I am available for The other one that I am free anytime you can text and I’ll give you my cell if that’s easier or whatever works best for me I just need to make it make sense for the schedule to work and I’ll make.
