I like this dealership, and the service advisors are really good. They know their stuff. They have resolved my issue first time.

First and foremost, both Adam and Kevin are super service guys. I bought a new battery for car in April 2022. I’ve had nothing but problems with this battery since purchasing. I‘ve had at least three visits to dealership for electrical and faulty (dead) battery issues. The dealership recharged battery two different occasions only to have it die again once I was home. Mercedes corporate would not approve a new replacement battery even though it came with a 2 year warranty because they determined it was passing one of two factory tests. They even recommended a new $4500 dollar alternator as a possible solution as opposed to new battery. Clearly, when it comes to common sense, Germany was without any. I paid for a new battery even though it was under warranty and it’s now been three weeks since leaving dealership with my car is running perfectly fine. The service team and technicians at Mercedes Naperville were as dismayed as me. Mercedes home office should be embarrassed by their behavior. You’ve lost a customer for life, and you should know you have dealerships in the USA that could actual do right for their customers if you let them.

Overall good service experience. Dante, my service manager, was very communicative and the work desired was done well as expected. Only negative was the fact my aftermarket head unit was no long operational after the service. Since I installed it, I chose to diagnose and fix the issue myself.

I had a great service experience as always. Timely, professional, expedient, quality service, and I can't ask for more! I will return, and I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Naperville Service Centerto anyone.

My experience with Frank in service was the best. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is the reason I will continue to do business with ONLY Naperville Mercedes Benz!

Dealership, Service Advisors and GM have all turned a blind eye to me. Purchased a vehicle from them CPO, with service package and warranty to 100k. Brought vehicle in prior to 100k stating there is a rough idle/shake - was told normal and was disregarded. After 100k brought in for same problem and had check engine light, basically told me I needed a new motor rebuilt. Brought in BOTH times with documented TSB paperwork showing my same issue and codes. Mercedes extended warranty work a year later for SAME ISSUE for vehicles up to 125k miles. I am at 131k and they will not honor warranty work in good faith even thought I brought the vehicle in prior to 100k miles. Very dissatisfied.

Kevin was my service rep- he was professional, timely, and informative. Great service- better than what I got in Beverly Hills. I’ll be coming back.

Wow, I was considering telling my terrible experience story here, but now, im feeling kind of good walking away not buying after seeing all of these negative reviews. Simply put, they wasted my time with a lot of bs (both bullSh@t and bait and switch). They would promise one car, then say it wasnt there and try to get you to spend more on another (similar to it, but this one has a first aid kit for an extra $200). The absolute worst car buying experience ever. So happy I went down the street infuriated and bought a lexus on the spot. Not saying you shouldn't buy a benz, just don't buy it here. The other Benz dealers have to be better than this one.

Plus I offer 12k cash and you guys rejected the offer after all. The price was 13k and for only 1k you lost a 12k sale and a customer Bad bad business I really regret driving up here fort this and I'm 100% sure you guys pay way less than what I offer and you guys didn't care about the customer time.Show quoted text

I had my car serviced here. Dante provided an exceptional customer service. He greeted me the moment I pulled in. Communication was clear and easy. He explained many things about my car that I didn't know, about the service intervals and about all the different options. When we picked up the car he told us everything that had been done and notes about what had been found. We got our first service here and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dante!

No need for a long story. Gil sold me a lemon and then ran away when things got heated. General manager must be fine with this type of thing, because he cares nothing about the fact that they sold a crap car.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The customer service at this place sets a new standard of bad. Their business practices combine the dishonesty of a stereotypical used car dealer with only the haughtiness one might expect from a luxury car dealer. I am a musician and wanted a large black Benz to travel around with my band and equipment - a car that would both fit our image and be practical and reliable long term. This is actually my hometown Mercedes dealership so I thought I'd check with them when I was at my parents house. I split my time between their home in the Chicago suburbs and a family property in rural Wisconsin where I write and practice. From the moment I walked into the dealership and talked with the salesman Danny; I was upfront about my living arrangement and that I had a Wisconsin driver's license, which he got approved by his Sales Manager while I was there in person. Danny told me he had a Black GLS 450 available on the lot. He told me he'd need a $1,000 deposit to hold it. I took a few days to look at my options but decided I wanted it. I let Danny know I had decided to take it and offered my debit card for the deposit. He was happy and totally professional- until he asked me to apply for financing. I told his Finance Manager Josh I had that worked out on my own and told him I'd be paying cash. At that point he hemmed and hawed and said he would have to talk to *his* manager. Apparently this place functions as a high-end tote-the-note lot and unless they can make the extra money on financing they aren't interested in your business (a practice I don't even think is legal). By this point, though, I had my heart set on this car and had already started putting my money together for it. Danny reached out and asked me when I could pick the car up. He was trying to get me to come in that day (Thursday). I told him the following Tuesday worked best but they said they couldn't hold it that long so I made an appointment for the following Monday. He told me that the business office would be in touch to take my deposit. They didn't call back so I called again and was told they were "busy with customers". After calling for them a couple more times I was told they could not hold the car for me. I still had an appointment to come in and buy it but no guaranty the car would still be there. At that point I decided to ask for a manager. No one would call me back but I kept calling back and eventually got the Sales Manager Michael Banks. He said it was their policy since June 1st - conveniently the day that I accepted their offer to place a deposit on the car - not to hold cars with a deposit but to sell them all on a first come-first serve basis. I told my music manager about this and he offered to just wire the payment. I called my salesman with that info and didn't get a return call. I left a message for Mr. Banks but similarly got no return call. I eventually got Mr. Banks who was very rude and told me - the first I'd heard of this as an issue - "I don't have time for this and we don't sell to out of state buyers anyway" and hung the phone up on me. It amazes me that the rudest shopping experience I've ever had occurred when offering to pay cash for a luxury vehicle. I don't know if it they weren't taking me seriously just because I'm a woman or a musician - or if these people are just jerks, but they certainly didn't value me or my business and they don't uphold their end of a bargain. Unless you're totally whitebread don't go there at all and even if you are, don't trust them!
