Craig is a god amongst men. A proper scholar and a gentleman. I wound up with an emergency due to some mishandling on behalf of my movers, and needed to get the unit rented a day in advance without my physical presence. He delayed his lunch and dropped everything to immediately resolve the situation in my favor and as quickly as I could ever hope. He was patient despite my stress and displayed the utmost professionalism. I add my 5 star review to the hundreds of others for Metro Storage, and specifically to Craig, may his tenure there be fruitful, and his compensation commensurate to his esteemed value. Thank you Craig, you magnificent beacon of humanity.
