WARNING, DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH...FURTHER MORE, DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. Today, while I was attempting to leave the car wash, the exit door would not lift and I got stuck in the building with the fans blowing on my car. After honking my horn continuously for 5 minutes, the attendant finally came to lift the door to let me out. After what was a terrifying experience, I asked him for a refund since 1) it didn't dry my car except for the front end, and 2) I got stuck in the car wash (!). He offered me a code so I could take my car back through, but there was no way I was going back through and getting stuck again! I said as much, so he called to ask his manager, who then didn't want to give me a refund because I hadn't chosen to print out a receipt when I paid for the car wash. I said to him, well I must have paid for the car wash because it wouldn't have let me in otherwise. The manager didn't still didn't want to give me my money back. The attendant was still on the phone with him, but I had an appointment to be at soon afterward so I couldn't wait around. I will never return to this gas station again and will take every opportunity to tell my friends and neighbors who are all local to avoid it at all costs. Good riddance to this terrible, terrible business that doesn't care about their customers.

This is a great place after they changed the management. The staff is very nice and received me well. Could say it’s a good station with some good pricing

The tall old guy with glasses is such a j**** Don't you dare come in while he's trying to close his drawer, he will berate you and keep you from using your rewards points, and I got so anxious with what he was saying to me that I forgot to ask for my ID back and he did not hand it back to me, had to come in the next day and he didn't even apologize. Every experience with him has been horrible. He is rude and belittling, like dude you're in your 60s or so working as a cashier, who are you to belittle anyone?? Sad because I live right down the street and have come here a lot over the years, but will NOT be coming here anymore as long as he is still working, will drive the extra 2 minutes to the Shell, much more pleasant workers, and cheaper prices.

WOULD GIVE A 0/5 ....Racist white lady working there, proceeds to give me attitude and instigate by trying and speak Spanish to me when I spoke perfect english after all i did is ask for change. I don't know if she's mad or grumpy or moody that leads into her shift to have that mentality, then again, I don't work for minimum wage at a gas station. Never coming back to this station, just a horrible experience. Will spread the word to the rest of the minorities around the area.

RACIST Employee harasses customers with hate speech and threats. Move to Terminate or face LAWSUIT!! *COVID-19 measures NOT followed - No gloves, No mask, No hand sanitizer, and do not enforce customers to abide by regulations set by state.

You can always count on something not working here. If it's not at the pump, then it's the car wash. Those who manage this place don't seem to give a sh*t about it.
