This place hates customers. It's a Casey's now, but they are cheap and won't fix anything. So they run old and broken equipment. Store is dirty, dilapidated, and not even up to code standards (they are too cheap to fix stuff). Best to take your money anywhere else. Pumps often won't even allow pay at the pump. There are bugs and mice. Racism was openly tolerated, and inappropriate comments about customers were constant.
Software update means the computers are broke, but it sounds better to say 'update' (actual updates occur during early morning, 2am or so) They can't get or keep good help because they short employee paychecks/hours. Only way to move up as an employee is personal favors for the manager (financial, romantic, or completing their work for them). If you want hours, or any chance at keeping a job, those were the choices. If you rock the boat or speak up, you're fired. Sorry folks, but management ruined this.
There are finally plans submitted to Naperville for a remodel, but that's been talked about for years with no progress or even repairs to the current issues (like the front of the building slowly falling off).

This is one of the worst stations around. Almost every single time that you go to this gas station, the pumps aren’t working. They either say to pay inside or they freeze up. When this does happen, I used to try and see if a different pump was working, now I just straight up leave and give my business to another company. I don’t know why I even continue to try besides the fact that it’s convenient for me.

No convenience store. They have items for sale but it's like two shelves.

It's a gas station! Don't know what to say. Staff is polite and I had no problems at the gas pump.

Do not get air from there. The air is overpriced and the pump does not work. They won't put a do not use sign up so they can take your money. Go to Speedway.

Attempted to buy lottery tickets and when the clerk didn't know how to work he lottery machine she blew up at me and started yelling at me when the manager finally came back the girl told me to shut my mouth! WHAT kind of customer service is that I will never come back to this that? Never again will I buy my gas and my lottery tickets from this location!

I only went there because my Gas Buddy App said they had the lowest price in my area. Had the highest price per gallon and after using a card, no receipt unless I went inside. Freezing day told me to take a picture of the amount for protection. Again, the highest gas price in my area.
