I spent so much time and dedication years in medical schooling to become successful I’ve never in my life experienced racism. This place have a employee by the name of Dan, I sat in line to play the lottery (which I come there all the time to do) this guy didn’t ID anyone else it was 3 people ahead of me all who did indeed play the lottery. He did not ID them at all. When I get to the register I say hello sir how are you today. this guy mugs me and says give me your ID in a rude way. So I Strugged it off and I gave him my passport he tells me and it better not be expired other wise I can’t sale the tickets to you. He takes my passport and acts as if he is inserting something into the system. So I tell Dan that I come here all the time I have never been ID’d I’ve won 500$ there before he goes and tell me he never seen me before and that I am lying so I described the lady who I always see earlier in the day (she had a cast on her arm/hand before) he tells me I am lying no one works there like that. This was clear racism and discrimination and I know the Murphy corporation does not condone this type of behavior. As a doctor I will be sure to reach out and escalate this and I won’t store nor spare a penny until something is done about this guy. I see he has other negative reviews about him from people of color and yet he still works there. Something has to be done other wise I will not shop there and I have a huge support team who will do the same. I have never been treated in such way and I will not let this go away easily.

I asked about hotdog rollers and the employee was kind of snippy. The guy behind the counter was nice though 👍🏻

had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. At several points during my visit, I felt that I was being treated differently from other customers, which came across as discriminatory.
I expected basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not what I received here. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Due to the nature of my job, I find myself filling up at this Murphy USA station 4–5 times a week. The service here is consistently outstanding, and I want to especially recognize Megan — she’s always professional, considerate, and well-mannered.
The gas prices are also some of the best in the area, especially compared to the nearby BP and Speedway stations.
Murphy USA on 111th and Route 59 in Naperville is an excellent station. If you stop by, be sure to say hi to Megan — she’s one of the reasons I keep coming back!

I visited this place few times and the short guy that works here is super rude! Whenever you buy stuff he keeps it at the edge of the counter near him and when you ask nicely to pass it or slide it closer to us he refuses and is always like reach out on my side and get it, pretty weird given he's standing right over there with his pantss by the item. I asked him why do you mind being nice, and he's like I have not broken any policy. Im sure Murphy has no policy of being nice to its customers? I just read below and found another negative review about him.

On 25th April 2025 between 4 & 5 p.m I visited the store to buy a lottery ticket. A short balled boy was behind the counter to whom I handed over 20$ note and asked to issue 5$ ticket (number 24 in the glass showcase) which I scratched and handed over to this boy to check for result. The boy scanned the ticket and probably told me that it is no winner and stapled the scanned slip with the ticket and gave it to me and also left balance of 15$ on the counter for me. When I reached home I could not find either the lottery ticket with scanned result slip or 15$ change out of 20$.
On 26th April I again went to the store but this short balled boy was off duty and the lady at the counter told me that he will be on duty tomorrow i.e. 27th April Sunday after 4 p.m.
On 27th April Sunday I again went to the store at 4.30 p.m and found this boy working. On enquiry he was rude not polite but evasive and
did not answer any of my points and instead asked me to talk to the employer at the counter. The lady at the counter did not also offer any kind of assistance as to how you deal with anything dropped accidentally by any customer like important document or credit card or driver's license or even cash. Don't you have lost and found policy of preserving important document or cash accidentally dropped by customer. She was no helpful. It is unfortunate and really bad.

AVOID. Pumps fail to start 9/10 times. They cancel the card transaction. There’s a sign that says tap to pay is accepted. It doesn’t work. I’ve never seen gas pumps that look this new but almost never work. I won’t make the mistake of stopping here anymore. Not even with the $0.10 Walmart + discount.

December 1 approximately at 22:30 pm the girl at cashier she was very rude and disrespectful we paid for the gas and the pump did work out i have went 2-3 times inside and told her it didn’t went through she yelled like go and check back meanwhile she was on the phone with someone very bad experience with them👎

Advertised prices are always wrong by ALOT. They used to be accurate, but not anymore. Expect to pay 30-50 cents more than it shows!

Been Coming Here for years Favorite station This Lady they have hired name Maraget has to be the most uncomfortable unprofessional employee I Have ever met!!! Clearly tells her DONT Want Use My point’s get to pump she took it upon her self anyway. So I came back Say Something and she had a laugh on her face as if it was a joke. Every time I come in her cold stare on top of that she shoved my receipt in my hand. Not returning

I normally am pleased with my experience here but literally had the attendant shut the pumps off on me as i was inputting a transaction at the pump right after downloading your app due to your marketing at the pump no less. Left me speachless...
