I wish there was a negative review possible. Best I can give 1/5. I went for a powder dip manicure here after looking at the reviews that they are cheaper consistently. I have been here before for no chip manicure during which the lady was using rusted nail clippers, cut my nail really short that he hurt me for weeks. However, I still went again thinking that I will remind them ahead of time. First of all, they charged me $45 , same as other nail salon. Then, the lady used this drill to file off the old nail paint and burnt my skin multiple times. I reminded her each time. I still came out kinda happy with giving away tip etc thinking that my nail look good atleast. Unfortunately, the very next day, nail started chipping off, cracking like old cement. In 3 days my nails looked so bad that I couldn’t believe how bad the technique must have been. They were closed on Sunday and Monday so I called on Tuesday on my 4th day of nail job, the owner refused to refund money. He ofcourse offered to fix the nails but no one would go there again to get skin burnt and have another nail disaster.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. They are only sweet talkers in this salon. They have no skill of nail work.

The people that work there are really nice but the service was not so good. My nails are uneven and there is a nail polish on the sides. Same goes for my pedicure. They have no idea how to apply nail polish evenly. I usually go to Russian ladies and they do magnificent job. This place had good reviews and was available so I thought to give it a try, but very disappointed indeed.

I'm so happy and grateful when I have change to get nail design from Kacy who is the well-known nail stylist with experiences more than 20 years Furthermore, Nail Works is one of the most Nail Store in Naperville, Illinois, USA This is a simple nail design, so she did it just only in 15 minutes. I didn't feel pain on my nail or anything ? You should come there to get your beautiful nail design ??? Here is my nail design, I suggest for you this design. It's so cute, fashion and suitable for short nail (For people who don't like long nail or who worry when making fake nail). I extremely love It ? I will do this nail again when I come there honestly

I started going here several years ago and then we moved a bit further away. We have moved back to the area and I'm so glad that they are still around. Very nice and reasonably priced! I'm glad to be back.

I have to be honest. Even though this place is very close to where I live, I've never been here before. I thought I read some nasty reviews about the owner.......! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THECASE!The owner(s) could not have been nicer. The salon was very clean and well maintained. There isn't a lot of "glitz" here, but the salon is definitely clean.The woman who did my pedicure, Tracy, was very sweet and did a good job The best part the pedicure was only $25!
