I went there on a Friday in Aug for meni & pedi, the quality of the gel polish was good enough but there weren't enough selections to choose from.
The lady that did my nails weren't as welcoming, she constantly speaking to her coworkers & I was left feeling awkward like I'm a bother to her. I know every nail salon has their own way of softening the cuticles, but I hate how she did mine dry/not softened enough. My fingers were all sore after she did the cuticle trimming.
Overall, I was left feeling underwhelmed & meh.

I had an appointment, showed up, they aren’t even open. So their system is scheduling appointments when they aren’t open. Last time I came I had an appointment and I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for someone to finally start working on my nails and finally had to leave. They really need to get their scheduling together. I probably won’t go back.

I have never had a tech where I had so many scars from getting a manicure. Whoever did my gel X has been so rough with the buffing thing and the nail file. Also, she is not time conscious! I have been sitting for almost an hour and a half for a MANICURE!!!!! I have been getting gel X for a longest time and my techs have done it less than an hour. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend

Service is OK but no chip manicure is not even lasting 2 weeks. This is the second time I have gone for a no chip and both times it did not last. I am used to my no chip lasting 3-4 weeks. For this I believe the quality is lacking. A no chip manicure should last minimum 2 weeks. I am disappointed as I spent $100 on no chip manicure and no chip pedicure for my nails to just chip. The vibe is typical of a nail salon. They have music playing and tv on. Not a lot of talking which is okay because the nail salon should be a place to relax.

I was very happy with my initial experience at NailBar. The nail tech did a great job on the red dip + chrome powder. My nails looked super cool! The second visit was above average. My only criticism was that the nail tech (different than the previous one) was confused when I reminded her of the chrome powder add-on requested in my online booking. She basically refused do it. She also didn't use lotion on my hands as the final step, which was a first. I feel this is something all types of manicures should include. I was rushed so I let it go. This last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Same issue with the chrome powder and the lotion. After I got home and looked closely at my nails, I saw that the finish is almost like sandpaper. It's not at all smooth and shiny like a dip should be. I'll find somewhere else to take my business!

I went to get a pedi here and the owner wasn't super friendly and not gentle on my feet at all. This was not a relaxing atmosphere and I didn't feel welcome. She made judge-y comments about my feet too - rude! I was excited to try this place out as they carry a less toxic nail brand of polish however, with so many nail salon options around me, Iwill take my business elsewhere.

If you want to spoken and treated rudely- this is the place for you. The owner blatantly refused my request for allowing me to dry for 5 mins as she was in an hurry and yet, called me back to make sure that I tip the woman well ( clearly she wasn’t in that much hurry) . Will make sure none of my friends ever visits that salon . Customer service is not their skill

Love this place. I get a no chip and classic pedicure and it always lasts for weeks. I’ve tried other nail salons, but I keep coming back to this one. They also always offer me coffee and ask what I’d like to watch on the tv. I love coming in on weekday mornings when it’s less busy.

The owner is extremely rude! Be careful if you visit this place . The lady refused to let me wait for 5 mins though I told her it would be difficult for me to drive in the cold with the pedicure sandals. She just asked me to leave because she had to close the shop and then , had the audacity to call me back for a tip! Very average service and extremely terrible customer experience . Will make sure I or any of my friends never visit the place again!

I personally enjoy this place. Clean, easy to book online, good service, they also offer dazzle dry which is a great long lasting polish that’s hard to find elsewhere. Also they have the cutest little chair and foot bath for kiddos who are getting their nails done!Services: Kids' manicures

I absolutely loved this salon. Went for my first time yesterday and already booked my follow up. It's about a 25 minute drive for me but completely worth it. I love that everything is disposable. Super modern and up to date.
