I absolutely love Nails by Mimi! The staff is so professional and friendly, and the salon is beautifully clean and designed. The massage was extremely relaxing, and the quality of the nail work is excellent. My nails always look amazing, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

My gel pedicure was beautifully done, but my mom (whom I went with) had the gel pedicure on one of her feet fall off within a week. I think there must’ve been something wrong with the procedure for that foot since the pedicure for the other foot was fine.
I’ve been here multiple times in the past and this is the first time this happened. Hope it doesn’t happen again.

I have been going to this salon for years. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. They pay attention to what you want and pay attention to detail. I have never been unhappy! I love gong there because i know they will do a great job - and they do! Highly recommend!!

They weren't bad but they didn't blow me away either. Got a no chip pedicure with a gel manicure. The manicure barely lasted a week. The color was fantastic and it looked ok.

Omg. This place knows how to provide customer service! I called the day before Mother's Day but I couldn't come in at 4pm so I said that I knew they were busy and I'd call later in the week. They called back and got me in! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees were wearing clean white smocks which looked so professional. They put me in a chair soaking immediately. Who's gonna leave when their feet are in warm water & the chair is massaging you? I soaked for longer than usual, but I wasn't unhappy about it. I chose a basic pedicure and she didn't leave a step out, even when I told her that I was ticklish and would rather not have the foot file & pumice sponge. I kinda do that in the shower daily. I would have liked it that she spend that time on a firm foot massage. I'll have to be more clear on my expectations next time. Overall great experience & I'll be back!

Came in for a last minute no chip and dip removal. The staff were very kind and were able to fit me in last minute. Area was spacious and clean. Had a calm vibe.
