Terrible bank. Terrible app. Terrible service. I have had this account for 4 years and I have never had more problems with any bank. Today was the last straw with this new glitchy mobile app.

Very friendly and professional place to do business.The staff here has always been terrific. Rates are competitive, but if you want the personable service that is lacking in today's business world, you need to bank here. They know you when you come in and they make you feel appreciated.Only con, but my understanding it is our mixed-up banking industry, are some fees are exorbitant. Fees need to be lowered or eliminated for regular customers.Our family HIGHLY recommends Naperville Bank and Trust, a WINTRUST Company.

Online banking is horrible. Every time I login it has to text me a code. There is no way to tell it to remember my device. I selected the option to get email notifications for deposits. I now get an email the day after a deposit letting me know that one or more deposits happened yesterday, with no other information. My old bank sent me emails immediately and included the amount of the deposit.I couldn't figure out how to add an external account to transfer money to/from, so I called their online banking support phone number listed at the bottom of every page. They told me it was not possible to do online, that I had to have a personal banker do it at a branch. I called my local branch and spoke with a personal banker, who had to look into it and call me back. She then walked me through setting it up online, something their support number should have known how to do.

Horrible customer service. I visited the branch simply to cancel a check and the banker named Rene Sworst made me wait over an hour without any communication and finally came to me told me the check can't be canceled and when i asked her why it took so long to tell me that she said me she's still learning the system. Would never recommend.Take your business to Chase or Fifth Third as they're very efficient. What a waste of time. I wish i could give them zero stars.

I agree with the other Yelper. I did not receive good customer service on a couple occasions with Alyvia. Im gonna try a different banker and hope to get good customer service.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would!!!! Olivia opened up several accounts for my husband and I and she provided us with many incorrect items. This is beyond frustrating and aggravating!! I told the assistant branch manager James locates at Naperville at fort hill dr. about these inaccurate items and he continued to tell me how Olivia received several customer service awards. I advised him customer service has nothing to do with providing a customer inaccurate information. Mind you several times Olivia gave us in accurate information. Had we had known the actual truth we would have NOT opened up ANY accounts with Naperville bank and trust. I also told him she told us we were able to deposit money into any ATM with the Naperville bank and trust ATM debit card and he continues to tell me that you are able to do so. Does he even know you are not able to do so?? Apparently he doesn't (James) know his own job which is pretty pathetic bing in his position as an assistant branch manager!! I told him sir you don't even know the definition of customer service. He asked if he could help me further and I said no and hung up. Stay away from Winfield/Wheaton/Aurora/Naperville anything that has bank and trust is a horrible bank.

I have had nothing but miserable experiences with this bank. They lie to your face, they don't return calls and they “lose†your deposits. I am grateful that I am leaving this place for good. Please don't let their “win trust†name fool you. When you trust them, you certainly do not win. Please save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

I opened 4 accounts today with my only request was that I can link all my accounts together. Business ,joint checking and savings. This way I can transfer money from my business account to pay myself . I took about 2 hours and the guy said no problem. I get home and set up my online account and guess what? Can't transfer from my business to my checking. So pretty much the ONLY thing I asked for I can't do. And its not like its a federal restriction or anything. I had it linked with my other bank. No fees here are great and the people where nice but I'll informed on their own products. No I have to close the accounts which will take another hour and go to another bank and open 4 accounts. Not happy .

Love reading paper but lots of bankers doing nothing had appt. Left after 20 minutes. Guess my time isn't valuable to them.
