Purchased a vehicle from them with an extended warranty. Turns out the warranty is essentially a SCAM, and barely covers any of the repairs. I reached out to the dealer to see if they would stand behind what they've sold me, and while at first they seemed concerned, they then proceeded to ignore me, and the owner feels no responsibility to take care of their customers beyond selling the car. Abysmal customer service, and a complete lack of basic communication. Never buy a vehicle from the Volume Cars group (Jidd Auto Group).

Had the worst experience purchasing my vehicle here. Marty the manager was so unprofessional and rude. My salesperson was very nice but had to go to Marty for everything I asked for and the answer was always "no we can't accommodate you" and after purchasing the vehicle he never came over to thank me for my business!

*Update* 11/28/23 - So it's almost been a full year since my purchase, can't say much about the car. So repairs were needed less than a month after driving off the lot. The service shop has had my car since May. Now almost December it's done! Not 1 loaner car available like promised on your paperwork not to mention somehow, I'm paying for a whole new engine out of pocket. So I got the car back today and absolutely nothing was fixed! Malfunction Indicator Light flashing - random blue and white smoke out exhaust - no tire pressure at all - lack of throttle response - I could keep going, Even my passenger window doesn't work all of a sudden (never had any problems with the window before). No oaner vehicle for 8 months and I live 80 miles away., I would have to walk home in freezing 8° weather...all while it's promoted and promised you'll be taken care of. I have never seen this level of mistreatment towards customers from anyone anywhere ever. How I've been treated so far..It's disgusting, sad, pathetic and atrocious,

Horrible experience, drove an hour to drive a vehicle but when I was greeted they wanted to play 20 questions. They said I couldn’t drive the vehicle, and they wanted to know if I can afford it first. When I assured them I could they still wouldn’t let me drive the vehicle. They judged me based on race and when I asked for information for my vehicle trade in they basically kicked me out and said they would call me later on.. they never did. I never got information on the vehicle I inquired about and or my trade value. You got self entitled people working here and I will not recommend anyone to purchase unless you look a certain way. Minorities be aware.

Deceptive pricing! 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia listed for sale at $31900 on multiple used car web sites. Deal nearly completed when at last minute $1300 document fee added along with nearly $2800 for things like interior sealant, ceramic coating on exterior, nitrogen fill on tires, other various low cost items. $4100 for items of virtually no value, outrageous. Stay away from this dealer!

They nailed everything they promised and gave me the best price I could find.Volume Cars totally blew me away with their professionalism and communication. They made me feel like a VIP customer, even though I was miles away. They hooked me up with all the info I needed and guided me through the whole process like pros.And let's talk about the price, man! Volume Cars beat everyone else hands down. No beating around the bush, just honest and fair pricing. They really delivered on value for my money.But here's the kicker: they actually delivered my car on time, right to my doorstep. This was the worst experience ive ever had. They scammed me. I recommend getting a lawyer if you even hear the same volume cars or exotic motors. They are the worst car comapny alive. If you have already been screwed remember ADAM Jidd is the owner.

I do not recommend this dealership, because I bought a car from them 3 months ago and feel like I was fooled. Firstly, the sale said to me if I want to buy the car, I have to buy their protection package at least $3,000 which I attached below, I asked him, “Can I don’t buy this protection package? ”He said, “No, it is mandatory. ”I asked “If it covers scratches of my car?” He said, “Yes, it is covered.” But when I contact them to cover my scratches, the manager said, “It is not covered, I have to pay by myself, look at the contract.” I was so angry that the sale lied to me and they charged me $3,000 mandatorily but I don’t get the benefits I need from it. Secondly, during the shopping process, they tried to use a lot of numbers to make me lost, and said the other Alfa Romeo dealership I visited plays tricks, but now I understand, they are the one who plays tricks on customers. Thirdly, never trust what they say or promise, only read the contract slowly and carefully before you sign, it is the lesson I learned. I will say I am not the only one who has this bad experience on this dealership, and I hope my true story can help more people never be fooled by these guys.
