The Naperville Nike Store is the best. Today Carlo and Vince helped me get my first pair of Jordans. It was a great experience having awesome customer service with kindness included.

Before when we’ve gone into this store we’ve always had a great experience! However, today was the first day where we have not only walked out without purchasing anything, but we saw a family walk out without being helped, as well as being not only ignored ourselves, but also made direct eye contact with all 4 employees working. They refused to come out from behind the desk, and one employee came out from behind the desk, saw us sitting there waiting to be assisted to get 2 pairs of shoes, and proceeded to walk past us, fold a shirt, and then walk back behind the desk and talk to one of the other employees about what shoes he was going to get. We, as well as the other family, got up and left. Very disappointed in this experience. Very rude employees.

I was only planning on making a quick return, but then started looking at the great selection of shoes on sale. Scott was very knowledgeable about the different styles and color ways and ended up helping me order exactly what I was looking for that was available online. He was able to get me checked out quickly and I’m so excited for my new air max to come in. The few times I visited the store it’s clean, organized, the staff is friendly and patient with customers. Thank you, Nike Naperville. Happy air max day 🤙🏼

Such distasteful customer service at Nike in Naperville. I recently stopped by to return joggers. The associates present a Hispanic woman and an associate named Callie gave me attitude for wanting my refund on my card vs store credit. They gave me attitude after refusing store credit as I stated I would like a refund on my card. I did a return a few days previously before this most recent visit (today) and was able to get a refund on my card without having to have my physical card from the online purchase. The lack of customer service is giving lack of experience and age. Nike please stop hiring these young people who do not care about their jobs.
