Unfortunately, I doubt brick and mortar Office Depot will last. I usually go in person, and it's always kind of expensive. Today, I tried to shop online, since they were advertising 25% off if you let them have your email account and text you but once I tried to grab offer, they said I need to sign in with my rewards account or make a new one. I used my sign in and pw, and no luck. Then, I typed in my phone number and it worked to say I'm already a rewards member but it said I have to chat or call to confirm my rewards account. UGH. I went to Amazon, and got all 3 items less expensively and more quickly. Cambridge planner, HP ink. $190.00 Office Depot, $137 Amazon. So.......my word of advice is get the Amazon Synchrony credit card that gives 5% bank on all Amazon purchases that can be applied immediately and use their digital coupons if you're not in a hurry. Amazon is delivering Tuesday (could have delivered today-Sat) and I got a $2 coupon to wait. What's not to love? Sorry Home Depot, but honestly, even with the 25% off Amazon is competitive and their system is SO much easier to access

Oh my goodness. Christine at the print desk could not have been nicer. I told her she should be a therapist because she is so calm. Panicking to get some papers printed and she just walked me right through it like it was nothing. What an asset to your company! Thank you Christine more accolades to follow

I bought a ream of 24 lb inkjet paper. With tax it cost me almost $20. Office Depot sent me an email inviting me to review this product. I did. I said I thought $20 for a ream of paper was too much. I got another email from Office Depot saying my review was being "moderated" because it didn't meet their website standards. I guess what they are saying is that they will only show glowing 5 star reviews. This is an unacceptable business practice.

I use to always get my printing done at Office depot Elk Grove Village, sometimes Naperville. I would just email the email they had at the counter, talk to the employee and print away!!!! Today I was told to use the online form, submit return and get my print. Really I am standing right in front of you, you are really sending a person away to work with an awkward web site? I went to Vista print, paid a few more dollars, wait a little bit linger but don't have the hassle. Customer service or the lack of is what the real Amazon driver is. I would pay the office depot prices if they had the old crew in.

I rolled in at 8:15pm, knowing they closed at 9:00 pm but hoping I could figure out how to make a few of my much needed copies for an event tomorrow. I had been told from a friend that it was kind of tricky to make these kinds of tri-fold brochures. Brian was behind the print counter, cheerfully checking out another guest. They finished up and he asked me what I was working on. I explained it to him and how I was going to do the self service. I started trying to figure out how to do it, and he came over and said "can I help you with that?" He wisked away with my paper and fixed it all up, in record time with a great attitude. And my brochures look better than I expected at a GREAT price. Thanks Brian for figuring it out for me, in a 1/10th the time, with a smile. I will be back!!! Thanks!

Nice clean, first time in the store - shopping for ink for my printer. Approached by staff while looking at inks, offered to help me, Nice, I already found what i was looking for, although it did take me a little while to figure out where the inks were in the store.

I bought about $200 worth of supplies today at Office Depot- I probably spend about $400 per year with them- so I am definitely not a big hitter- when I went into the store I found what I was looking for and was approached by a woman who wanted to sign me up for their customer savings program- I declined- I just wanted to buy my stuff and be on my way. I got to the checkout counter and the guy checking me out asked me if I was a member and I said I doubt it- he then pressed-

I needed flyers printed up and since Kinko's is gone (but not forgotten), I tried Office Depot. I was surprised by how good the finished product looked and by how many different size printers they have. They can even make full-color posters. Although Office Depot no longer carries the pastel red paper I wanted, Dave A helped me to find a substitute. He then helped me with the special order print services. Originally, I was going to buy 20 color copies, but they looked so good that I bought 50. Then Dave told me that I could print photos from my iPhone. He helped me to choose the paper and then I added 5 of those. Dave was juggling two other customers as well, but he was so confident that he multi-tasked us well. I got more than I expected and will definitely return to Office Depot for my future print needs. I have already started a to-do list. Also, they have bulk toilet paper and cute organization products. I have to go back when I have more time to browse.

This Office Depot really was a life saver! Of course, I had put off printing my wedding ceremony programs until the week before the wedding, and I was struggling to find some heavy cardstock that I liked, and was starting to get overwhelmed with where to print them (Kinkos, Depot, at home?!) I was on a rampage stopping at all office supply stores and happened to stop here. Not only did they have the paper I was looking for, the cashier mentioned that they did printing services too. I went to the business center and the associate was beyond helpful! He printed (and machine folded!) a sample for me on the spot! He said he could print all 150 programs for me in about 45 minutes. Man, this guy saved me from a lot of work! And the printing was EXACTLY what I wanted. The price was also more than reasonable. I will go back here whenever I need large print jobs in the future. This Depot has phenomenal service!
