The guys that work late evening don’t want to help. Jacob was pretty rude and had a racist behavior. When you have a customer in store, you want talk to a guy sitting at home for 20 minutes on the phone, letting him know about all the Porsche parts available in the store. Will never go back here.

Went in around 9:30 at night because my battery died while at work to get my battery checked and purchased a new one. Asked if the guy that checked it could change it and he claimed it would be too difficult for my make and model (2020 Kia Forte). I knew it was late, but I asked anyway. Went in again the next morning and one of the guys there took one look and said he could, which he did in a matter of 10 minutes. I had no issues after either. Shoutout to him for helping me but to the guys that were too lazy, turning people away in a time of need because it’s late and creating a fake reason is totally unacceptable.

Horrible customer service after I read the prices to him after I got referral he said correct and just hung up on me. I have no clue what’s wrong with people nowadays just being so rude they have to work and provide. Go out and ask for handouts on the corner if you that mad.

Should be a zero. Went in last week to order brakes for my car, paid the 300 bucks said I can pick them up Thursday or Friday. Thursday was a holiday so I came today, Friday. Took them 45 minutes to tell me they returned my rotor and to call corporate. I would expect the distribution store would have their stuff together better than a normal one. Worst experience I’ve had at a parts store to date

Clean facility, hours are awesome, my recent visits have been good minus the lack of personable staff. Seems like new folks are working everytime I go in and trying to figure out what they are to be doing.

They had what I needed and helped me. I was able to make it in a couple of minutes before close and the worker was super helpful. I was able to get the radiator for my car so I would be able to make it home with my family. 5 stars ⭐

My mother went to get her oil check but James told her to wait 20 min when the store was not busy he was just on his phone customers show up and help them out when my mother was there before anyone
