Last moment I had to pack a gift. The lady in the store helped me selecting the packing material and made a beautiful gift box with threaded flower on top in no time. Very happy with the service.

So We like going to these little places that have some things You may not find at a conventional store. I ended up finding and buying a miniature Wacky Waving inflatable Tube Guy. I really find them amusing and this is the first time I have ever seen one that I could purchase. Love it!

I used to be obsessed with paper source. This is the first time I can back in a few years and it wasent the best. I got a notebook and was looking for pencils, which I could not find, so I asked a worker. I specifically said any pencil will work and she gave me a pack on markers and walked off. I looked around and asked a different worker who simply told me to „look around“. I eventually found pencils but it was a huge pack for 16$ and there was no other option. along with that the notebook I got came with sticky notes and they where not sticky enough to stick to the paper and ripped very easily.

Love this store. I'm completely obsessed with the handmade paper selection. Customer Service was excellent & nice selection of gifts. One of my favorite shops in Downtown Naperville

Typically this store has what I'm looking for, with prices comparative to Hallmark. I don't mind spending a little extra for better quality or different designs. Unfortunately, I am committed to never coming back to this store or any other Paper Source ever again. I went to return a pack of cards that had dark red envelopes. My pen didn't show up on the envelopes, so I wasted 2 cards, 2 envelopes, 2 stamps, and 2 labels. When I tried to explain this to the associate at the register, she was rude and dismissive. She made a big deal about making this "exception." I got my money back, but felt so awful about the process of getting it back. I've had good experiences in the past at this store, thus I've rated it a 2. I don't know what happened to the quality of its customer service.

Stopped in while staying at the nearby Indigo Hotel for Thanksgiving. This shop had so many unique and fun gifts plus a huge selection of cards and wrapping materials. I probably spent a good 25 minutes browsing with my parents, and we all found something.We were welcomed when we came into the store and an associate helped us while we browsed. There were a LOT of items but it didn't feel cluttered.If I didn't have to fly home, I probably would've bought a lot more gifts.
