The optometrists recommended that because my eyes were different strengths, I should try different strengths in each eye rather than keep the same strength in each eye and that made all the difference in my vision. I can see much clearer and further. I highly recommend this location.

Ordered contacts- was told it was a 2 week wait but then it turned into 4 weeks to get them. You are better off ordering them online somewhere else because you have to call them directly to order them and give them your banking info over the phone or physically go there.

Fatima was very helpful and gave me good insight on the glasses I was debating on purchasing all puns intended. She was very sweet to me and my experience was quick and painless!

This is the first time I have ever left a review on an eye dr. This pearle vision over all only cares about your money. I went here for a eye glasses and contact appt. The dr decided to change my prescription all together after having the same script for years! I normally buy biofinity torics and the dr explained to me how I just didnt need those and just buy the pearle vision brand. She stated it was exactly the same just their brand. They were not the same very different! I cant see clearly. I have had an infection in my eye and i also have an inflamed eye to the point where I started losing my vision. Want to know why? Because of the cheap pearle vision contacts i purchased. Come to find out the dr gets a cut of money when they sell their brand over others. Not to mention my glasses prescription is all wrong and it gives me the worst headache! Overall go anywhere else but here. Horrible horrible horrible. Im also writing the BBB

This is the worst Pearle vision I've ever been to. I won't be going back. I don't recommend this Pearle vision to anyone. The customer service from the receptionist and front desk was very unprofessional and non caring . It's been over 2weeks and still no contacts. And the cheap pair the eye Dr gave me hurt my eye. . After waiting two weeks for my contacts to come in through Pearle vision I got frustrated and called 1-800 contacts and my contacts will be here in 2 days. I WILL NEVER go back to this Pearle vision. I will stick to the Pearle vision in Geneva Illinois instead of The Pearle vision Naperville Illinois The service from all staff with Geneva Illinois Pearle vision was awesome and they knew what they were talking about and doing was 100% better.

I would give 1 star as this facility looks old with very old equipments.Doctor was not much proactive and interested in doing eye testing.Same with staff.And also not much good/latest frames.

My Family and I have been going to Dr. Shairoz Fazal for over 10 years, she and her staff especially Fatima are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Fazal conducts eye exams very thoroughly which gives me the certainty that we're in great hands.

Yesterday, I called this Pearle Vision location. Fatima answered the phone. I told her that I needed to order contacts. She asked me for my name and if I needed to schedule an appointment. I told her that I already came in for an appointment last week. She started arguing with me and kept saying, "No, you didn't." I kept telling her, "Yes, I did." Then, she said, "Are you sure? This is Naperville Pearle Vision." I told her that yes, I did come in. And that the doctor gave me a new brand of contacts for me to try. So, she said that she'll check the files. She checked the files. Apparently, my appointment was not put into the system on the computer. I don't know why she would argue that I didn't come in. I know if I came in for an appointment or not. Then, she asked me which contact brand that I wanted to order. I told her that I wanted to order the new one. I accidentally said.. Daily 30. She then said that they're not daily, that they're Total 30. I told her that that's what I meant. That I just forgot the name. It's not good customer service to argue with the customer. She can be nice at times. However, I don't really talking to her and am glad that I don't have to talk to her again until my appointment next year.

Extreme rude and dismissive. Dealing with Fatima was the worst experience. Someone needs to explain customer service to her. Annoyed by simple questions. I understand dealing with the public is frustrating but does not excuse having an attitude with everyone. Never going in here again.

Desk staff is always rude, but the biggest reason I won't go back is the fact they lie about how often you need a vision exam for contacts. They act like people can't Google and figure out state requirements or that they won't find out how much they are being ripped off by calling 1800contacts for themselves.
