This place is amazing!!! I have a fleet vehicle that I needed a lot of work done. I need brakes and rotors, 4 new tires, a ball joint replaced, oil changed. They communicated with me on the entire process and my vehicle was done the same day!!!! I highly recommend this location. Great work!!!

Review:
I came to this service to get an oil change and wheel balancing. They told me it would be ready in two hours, and they would call me. However, I waited until closing time, and no one called. I had to call them myself. When I arrived, my car was still on the lift, but fine, no big deal. They told me everything was “just fine.”
After the wheel balancing was done, I had to drive 150 miles the next day. When I got home, I noticed that one of my wheels was rubbing against something. And the following day, I had to drive another 150 miles with this issue.
I returned to them and told them I basically had three wheels instead of four. The manager who greeted me showed no sympathy at all and was outright rude to me. On top of that, they lost my wheel center cap.
This is absolutely terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs. I do not recommend it.

I recently went in for an oil change and expected the experience to be like every other place I’ve gone to. I was waiting for them to tell me all of the things I needed to replace or try to upsell me on what I was there for. But it never happened. At one point I finally asked about if I needed a filter or anything and they said “you can replace it but it’s not time, you’d be wasting your money.” I was so pleasantly surprised! I feel like I’ve found my new place where I can trust them to service my car without trying to leave me for broke.

Got a tire blow out called and Dee helped me get a tire ordered and put on. The service was quick and very professional.

I don't recommend it. Stopped in for a tire change. After the replacement there were problems with ABS. Came back the next day, they checked it and said it was not their fault and could repair it for money. In the end, two weeks later I found out that I have one tire is different! I don't know how they checked it. Bitter experience and unnecessary worries.

I had to have a lot of work done on my car and I will say the new manager at the Pep Boys on Ogden is so kind, informative and understanding. I have been going there for a while and I have never gotten the experience or care that I got yesterday with the new manager.
