Shopping here for years late week same young manager who seems like she can’t wait to make your experience miserable, sees me struggling to decide between the kittylitters (because what’s the most fun thing to do at my age? Argue with myself about which litter’s best for triscuit my tabby)—and decides to chime in with a little joke.
She looks at me, dead in the eyes, and quietly says
“Oh you know, you look like the kind of lady who’d be funny to watch trip.”

This place is dirty. I took my dogs to the self wash area and I felt like it hasn’t been attempted to be cleaned in a long time. Even the floors in the main area are gross.

I’m just reviewing the dog wash station. I came from out of town, and my dog needed a bath before we checked into the hotel. The dog wash station was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—it was just gross. There was fur on everything: the shampoo bottles, the bathtubs, the mats. The floors had visible slime, and everything in that room looked like something out of a nightmare. I still washed my dog, but honestly, I should have just asked for my money back and gone to another Pet Supplies Plus.
The tubs had rust on them, and nothing was provided besides a towel, soap, and a dryer. The towels didn’t do much to dry my dog—thankfully, mine tolerates being blow-dried.
They really need to update the dog wash station and give it a deep clean. I thought the store itself was clean and organized, so I was shocked to see the state of the dog wash area.

A Dog lover's paradise! Staff members have superb listening skills and the wide selection of dog products is great! Please continue carrying "Zuke's " dog treats! My dog loves them and at the end of the day her opinion is the one that matters!

They need to step up on the customer service and it seems no matter what I want stuff is always out of stock. Otherwise it’s a good place to shop. It’s convenient.
