If I could get this place more than five stars, I would. This place is absolutely so clean in the women’s bathroom and in the men’s bathroom is a great place to go for if you need a quick shower. Love the blow dryers in the women’s bathroom The guy at the front desk was absolutely friendly and so nice

I haven't joined yet and I want to but I don't see the need to have my bank account number. If i give you my credit card, that should be enough. I'm sure that Planet fitness does not have top notch security standards as far as protecting client information. Can someone address this issue and explain this to me

The Planet Fitness in Naperville is nice. It has newer machines and it’s clean. It’s larger also, so you don’t feel crammed. I definitely recommend this Planet Fitness.

Overall, a consistently well kept planet fitness with a friendly and accommodating staff.The standup tanning—though becoming a bit dated and in need of some inner room remodeling/refreshing—is still one of the best around out of all Planet Firnesses because they have hooks to hang your clothes, a little bench to sit on, and mirrors, along with the cleaning supplies and paper towels on hand. If the owner decides to do a slight remodel of the rooms for the standup tans, I suggest putting the hooks up at least 6 to 12 inches higher so when you hang your clothes, they won’t touch the seat or the ground.Convenient location. Only drawback it’s in a very drab and depressing, old, completely dated mall. Looks like something out of the 70s.

Let me start by saying I am a dedicated Pf gym hopper. I bounce from Pf to Pf from Aurora to Naperville to Plainfield and sometimes will drop by others in the area as well. Each gym offer something different depending on what workouts I want to do at that time. Naperville by far is my absolute favorite. I usually don't like smaller Pf locations and also location that attract a lot of teenagers and Naperville is guilty of both however, this gym is always clean, the ppl are always friendly the teenager be there to actually workout instead of socializing and being on social media and the machines are spaced out and arranged so that you don't feel as if you are on top of the next person. I wish this location would go back to being 24hrs, but if they don't, I still will break my neck to travel from aurora to get my fill.

I've never had any problems with the Naperville staff after nearly a year as a member, all of them pleasant and helpful... until today.Sure, there's a revolving door of employee turnover, which likely speaks to either the payscale or work conditions. But if someone hates their job and/or the clientele, why are they even working there? In this case, I'd recommend someone in corporate having a private chat with the club manager (Jo Jo?) and let her know that a salty attitude and pushback is no substitute for listening and basic customer service.I thought my issue was pretty simple: I had a credit card stolen, the bank deactivated it, and I was trying to add a new card to my PF account - is that hard to understand?However, what should have been a simple process turned into something very different and drawn out, with aforesaid ATTITUDE. While there was no screaming or name-calling from my side, I did make it clear I wanted to deal with someone else.Bottom line: While I do like the club, would anyone want to remain a customer there after an experience like this from a manager?
