This place is worst service! Dan and Paul have the worst attitude and not professional! Please do not go go to this branch. They’ll make you turn away or walk if you have any issues. They’re rude absurd and less compassionate. They wouldn’t help me to get my money back after waiting months and months of it receding a check. They reissued many Times til they decided I can’t get my money back

I came in after getting all my money wiped out from fraud on my account. I waited an hour to get in I was so nervous about my funds.Well my "Helper" today was an indian woman who couldn't have been more rude, short, and obvious she wanted me gone. She literally was grilling me about my spending habits, didn't bother to look for more than two seconds on the charges I was showing her that were fraudulent that she couldn't find herself. If I wasn't so in shock at how unprofessional she was, I would have asked for someone else but left feeling like I was more of a burden than a customer. Some empathy and decency could go a long way but she showed she had neither in any supply. She neither wanted to show me any ways my account could gain additional protection, nor did she offer any alternatives or steps I could take going forward.I never write reviews much less negative ones but i'm so mad and stressed out that i'm still thinking about it an hour later. This woman should not have a job working with customers.

We have banked here for many years, and in that time, every one of my in person transactions have been excellent. This included 3 separate visits when I was trying to figure out how to use the Zelle app. They were incredible patient and pleasant with me. A cheerful, competent group.

The most TERRIBLE customer SERVICE EVER!!! The worst bank award goes to PNC bank on Naperville Blvd., in Naperville. They are nothing but a scam company that continuously charges fees on top of fees and that’s how they pay their employees!!!! AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!

We are long time customers of this branch. I think their bankers are really nice people, but I don't understand why account changes and additions take so long. I was optimistic today would be different, but it was not. With an appointment today, it still took us an hour to open a checking account/debit card for a minor. I left wishing I had just opened her an account with a virtual bank I also use.

This bank really just gives me a headache every time I go in, which is why they were never my primary bank. There was fraudulent activity on my husband's account which we went in to resolve. They fixed majority of the charges, but for reasons beyond my husband and myself, refused to reverse the charges that were created by the overdraft from the fraud. This is frustrating and they never fixed it. They also never even identified the fraudulent activity-we caught it ourselves. Then, the banker says, "Miss, would you like a a card added to this credit account?" My husband and I were under the impression it would be a joint account/both authorized users of the account. We agree. Huge mistake, we should have known better. What they really did was open a new credit card that was not shared between my husband and myself. This was problematic for many reasons. The most frustrating reason being that they then tell us my credit will be negatively affected if I close the account and get the card we originally wanted. Honestly I would NOT recommend them. There is a much better bank across the street.
