Girl answer phone and work here is idiot that will give every excuse not to do their job. There system overdraft my account twice she said was system error but said I have to add $60 - they just want me to pay for over draft fee for their system error- but called 800 customer service line and they fixed both right away. Don’t Easter your time calling them they don’t wanna do their job.

Some of the staff at this location have no idea what they are doing at all. If you need to speak with a banker, please know that Erik has no clue whatsoever of what he is doing. We needed to add a beneficiary to my parents bank accounts and all he did was mess all of our bank accounts. Save yourself troubles and don't walk away, RUN if Erik is the banker who is going to assist you. We had to go to another PNC branch to get this fixed.

I had rather great experience at PNC bank at that location. I mainly use branches in Aurora IL but we recently moved to different location and Ogden was the first on the Google Maps so I gave it a try on one Monday morning on 7/31/2023. I made an electronic appointment prior visit for as early as 9am at their opening hours. And not that I have OCD but they literally opened the doors at 9am exactly. I was greeted at the door by a well mannered gentleman, checked my name and confirmed appointment time. He was supposed to provide assistance after inquiring on reason for visit but he called in a guy name Christian to assist me.The young man was very nice and attentive, they were all well mannered at the branch & made eye contact. Made me feel comfortable with their knowledge addressing my issue. I made appointment because I had issues with Zelle, feeling I’ve been a victim of fraud. Rep Christian looked over the evidence I provided and confirmed indeed it was a fraudulent activity so he explained the does & don’ts on the matter and immediately delved in the issue, walking me step by step through the whole process.Not only that I was relieved to hear that their fraud department team has already been monitoring activity as such and emphasized their attention on my case on. I have yet to hear results about the resolution, and I really hope it’s in my favor because it should take about 24 business/hrs to process but all in all I was very happy with the services provided at this location working with rep Christian.Great job guys. Will definitely come back!

I got locked out of the PNC app after my failed attempts to log on. Fortunate for me, Eric Poole assisted me in correcting my problem with logging on and provided a very helpful tip that I did not know. Thank you Eric!

Rochelle greeted me and my boyfriend as soon as we walked in! She was so patient and so kind. She was juggling a few things at once like customers, my bonds that i was cashing, drive thru people, and other things. When Christian saw the line piling up he jumped up to ask how he could help. We were then lead to his desk and he took care of us from there! Both Christian & Rochelle were SERIOUSLY so great please give them a raise or something!!!

My local PNC stopped basic cash services, so I started going to this PNC. I needed a large sum of cash, and I didn't want to do a bunch of ATM transactions in $500 increments. I walk in this bank, and they also nolonger handle basic cash services. Extremely dissatisfied.

PNC has taken cost savings to a new level. No one was working the drive thru lanes. No tellers inside. Just the door security person and managers. Zero tellers. First bank I've been in that had no tellers on duty

I’ve never reviewed a bank before. Never thought I would. But my experience with the PNC on Ogden in Naperville has been really, really good every single time I go there. I have never been to a bank with more helpful, friendly and fun staff in my life. I actually enjoy going to the bank thanks to this amazing group of people! Keep up the great work!
