Came into this branch after a rough time from another PNC branch, Staff from the very start showed compassion and support, Both The wonderful lady sitting at the front desk ( Who probably was a Branch Manager ) if she wasn't she should look into becoming one. Offered help by assisting the banker with what ever support would be needed as she handled my situation and her appointment as well . The lady at the front desk also went far and beyond and supported me by making sure to have everything that was a issue with my account handled the next business day, which she did . I will only bank at this location going forward . What Great customer service :) Keep Up The Great Work.

I'm so confused as to why PNC took away tellers from their branch banks. That makes no sense.

The branch does have tellers anymore so simple services like depositing cash without your atm card isn’t an option. I’m all for technology but with banking & finances, having a human is so important.

Extremely rude staff and confusing set up.The manager guy was cool and accommodating while we were waiting to get a cashier's check. 15 minutes later, another employee (older indian woman) took a break from helping her customers to yell at us about "sitting in the wrong chairs" while we were waiting. Can't make this up haha. We immediately got up, left and went to the PNC in South Aurora.

Waste of time. Every single time I’ve gone to this location no one is ever able to help me, today they have no tellers for a simple certified check. Last time it was a debit card replacement. They should just shut down the location if they’re unable to service their customers.

Jacek and Jaime assisted me in changing my address online and giving me a PNC document with the new address so I could get my address changed at the DMV.

Husband went to go cash in some savings bond on a Saturday and was told they couldn’t do it at that time. Some lie about needing a manager. My husband said there was only once person working and a large line.Their drive up atm is always full and doesn’t allow you to deposit checks.
