Edited- ALSO, NELLY, is very RUDE. The lady who answers the phone. Debora. Is so dang rude. And also, literally every single person at this branch do not care about your money or how you are managing it. Even if you have problems of your own you need some guidance with, they do not care. the bank teller Nelly is the somewhat only decent person at this branch. I suggest switching banks or avoiding this branch because they are absolutely AWFUL!

No customer service what so ever. Not the least bit concerned with individual customers. Cost me months of research when I experienced credit card fraud. Find another bank.

Very unprofessional behavior by Teller jyoti manne.I approached the teller to find out how much minimum combined balance to be kept. She told 25000 dollars. I was asking her check it again, as I was told at the time of opening 15000 dollars. When I asked banker to close my account, upon checking banker find out it is to be 5000. Without through checking my account teller told me 25000 in an unprofessional manner. Other teller Galen helped me to issue the cheque. Cashier cheque even didn’t display the validity of checke. Other bank indicate the timevoid after

This week I was at the Naperville bank branch and the personal banker name Nelly A was to assist me. She appeared rude and had a negative attitude. I was surprised about this branch because every time I went there in the past, I always had a good experience with other branch bankers. Very disappointing.

Closed on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Several other banks in immediate vicinity were not close. I'm moving to another bank.

Please do favor to yourself and don't open account in PNC . It's hard to get your own money back.. They required heads up Day ahead to prepare few grands for you otherwise threat you to deny to give you your own money and this branch is workday worst in all where Lead Cashier Tegan provided me the worst customer service ever.

I met with Elizabeth regarding a HELOC. Was all super responsive to get my business. Now I have an issue and have sent 3 emails with not one single response. Level of customer service at this place is poor, at best.

We have had our business and personal account there since the branch opened. The Branch manager Sue and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic, very friendly and will greet me by first name. They were helpful in a bank wire transfer for equipment we purchased overseas. I would recommend highly.

I have to agree with the other reviews on here. I called to get a loan for a home I was buying and was told that someone named Lloyd would call me back. After a few days of no return call I called to speak with a manager (Tony) who i was told was busy and would call me back. Another day passed with no call back. This has now been almost two weeks. I had to use a different bank that my attorney recommended because I could not wait anymore. I have been a customer since this bank was Mid America on Book rd and now see that they do not care about their customers. I will not use them again.

I visited this location briefly to verify an account and gather information about check cashing from a new account our company had just opened and the assistant manager was extremely rude. She did not introduce herself with her name and she spoke over me multiple times when I tried to explain the situation which made me extremely uncomfortable. It is unfortunate that I had to contact the the 800 customer service line to receive valuable steps and information that I should have received from a person in management during my visit.

Avoid this bank any way you can, especially a banker named Elizabeth. Very unhelpful. Does not volunteer information on how to best help you. You must ask the right question. Will NEVER use this bank and will be helping my family members move to a different bank.

Excellent customer service. Financial Consultant Patricia assisted me, and was the main reason I utilized PNC services vs the other banks I had shopped around. She explained everything to me in a very knowledgeable and professional way. Patricia even braved the cold wind to take me outside and run through some specific ATM functions!! Her demeanor and product knowledge are definitely an asset to PNC.

I thought opening an account online would be the 'easier' way. By the time I finished the process, my 'JOINT' account never asked for my joint applicant's information and I was printing the final signature card for verification purposes. Now I've got to go in AFTER I WAIT FOR MY MATERIALS IN THE MAIL with both of us anyway. By checking JOINT ACCOUNT, I expected it to be taken care of throughout the process.
