“I am writing to commend a gentleman named Mike who opened the FedEx store today at 9 am. I had an exceptional experience thanks to his outstanding customer service. Mike was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to ensure I was doing okay despite also assisting two to three other customers simultaneously that were walking in. He consistently checked back with me to address my needs. His willingness to help is above and beyond and his knowledge of his work is impressive. What stood out the most was his genuinely happy attitude, especially on a Monday. His friendly greeting made it clear that he truly enjoys his job and I’ve observed he has return customers that enjoy his company. Mike brings trust and loyalty out of his customers. Mike's dedication and positive demeanor made my visit a pleasant one. “I had came here for christmas last year to buy a new chair for my husband as a surprise but unfortunately my husband is very picky and I had to return it. But I had never return furniture before so I had talked on the phone to ask about the process and they had made it very easy and clear for me. I appreciate the help and assistance. The refund did take over a month and I had to call customer service but they helped with that as well. So overall great selection and very helpful and hope to shop soon!”
