Mike was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to ensure I was doing okay despite also assisting two to three other customers simultaneously that were walking in. He consistently checked back with me to address my needs. His willingness to help is above and beyond and his knowledge of his work is impressive. What stood out the most was his genuinely happy attitude, especially on a Monday. His friendly greeting made it clear that he truly enjoys his job and I’ve observed he has return customers that enjoy his company. Mike brings trust and loyalty out of his customers. Mike's dedication and positive demeanor made my visit a pleasant one. “I had came here for christmas last year to buy a new chair for my husband as a surprise but unfortunately my husband is very picky and I had to return it. But I had never return furniture before so I had talked on the phone to ask about the process and they had made it very easy and clear for me. I appreciate the help and assistance. The refund did take over a month and I had to call customer service but they helped with that as well. So overall great selection and very helpful and hope to shop soon!”
“I have been to this FedEx facility many times and the staff has always been helpful and quick with their work. Rodolfo is the guy I usually meet while I go to drop off some packages. He is the guy how will always makes sure your data is confidential and secure. You will not see any paper lying on any table just like that which shows how seriously they take the job of keeping the Data secure. He is very calm and cooperative and always gives suggestions how things can be better or tell me the options I have for the shipping in detail without losing any patience. Thank you for being an amazing person whom I can trust and be sure my package is in safe hands. Also I have noticed NON- FEDEX facility they charge even for a tape. Luckily FedEx doesn’t do that. Else I have seen people paying extra $3 just for a tape. Thank you FedEx and Rodolfo for making things easy for so many people.”
