I've been storing with Public Storage for 12 years, and I can honestly say that my experience with Sally has been the best by far! Sally is awesome. We have rented an outdoor camper spot for over a year now. Recently, I stopped in to see about possibly getting a different spot due to some fairly large neighbors! Nothing available at the time but Sally said keep checking. Stopped in a few times and always had great conversations. Then one day she called with our ideal spot having come available! Such great customer service. Thank you!

Sally was great and couldn’t get the unit I needed but she guided me to a location closer to my home and I wound up renting a unit there with my daughter. Thanks Sally we appreciate you and we love the young lady at River Grove. She’s amazing as well.

This location has metal corrosion and causes major mold damage. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone, and if you read closely to your contracts which you should do before signing anywhere, they do not promise any temperature controlling and they are released from any issues if mold or metal corrosion does occur. Highly highly recommend going somewhere else.
