Megan was exceptional. She kept me calm because I get tensed to take blood.The office staff as well. The system did not show me as registered, but it all worked out. It had nothing to do with the staff. Best customer experience ever!

I arrived early and was taken back within minutes. I received amazing service from my phlebotomist Rajeshri! (I saw Lena in September and she was great, too!) I am very impressed with the variety of services offered as well as the availability of appointments, but the staff members are the real all-stars!
