All my life, when I go for a blood test or intravenous injection, I suffer from not finding the required vein... only to have the nurse or nurse start injecting me with the needle in more than one attempt.
In this center, Lina, from the first attempt and from the first stitch, found the vein with an incredible speed that I did not find anywhere ... I thank her very much ... until I said to her, I wish I could take you with me wherever I need in the centers and hospitals that I go to

The staff are nice and professional. Definitely make an appointment online beforehand. If you walk in without an appointment you may be waiting for an hour or more, depending on the day and time. Also, if you plan to use Quest Diagnostics, it's good to have your doctor send the lab orders directly to Quest or for you to have the original order in your hand. They can't do anything if they don't have the doctor's original order in digital or paper format. I've seen people calling doctor offices and trying to email and fax things last minute while waiting and they all seem very stressed out.

Megan was exceptional. She kept me calm because I get tensed to take blood.The office staff as well. The system did not show me as registered, but it all worked out. It had nothing to do with the staff. Best customer experience ever!

Only complain about this place is the staff particular the one lady I believe who is of Hindu nationality was kind of rude when I was trying to do my drug test like trying to hurrying me up to complete my urine sample like knocking on the door and I’m trying my best to get as much urine sample and finishing up. Just no courtesy.

I arrived early and was taken back within minutes. I received amazing service from my phlebotomist Rajeshri! (I saw Lena in September and she was great, too!) I am very impressed with the variety of services offered as well as the availability of appointments, but the staff members are the real all-stars!

I had an appointment on Jan. 14 at 10 AM at Naperville Washington Street location.
The lady who drew my blood told me that her name is Melissa.
I asked her do I need to make a fist when you drew my blood, she said NO,
To my surprise she drew my blood and it cause pain. After I came home, about an
hour later, I removed the bandage and there was a big bruise. Photo is attached.
I have been visiting this facility for many years, and this is the first time
I had such a painful experience. The only thing she did not follow is to ask the patient
to make a fist, I guess this the issue to cause the problem. Melissa should be reprimanded to follow procedure so that it won't happen to future patients again.

Why is there no reception? Online application and sing in process is seamless but no front desk person really shows the level of professionalism
Would not recommend for kids and only adults should apply and go by themselves.

The staff are extremely rude and have no compassion. I was yelled at and one of the phlebotomists spoke to a mom having trouble making an appointment in a very demeaning way. I will never go back here.

My phlebotomist was "Sydney" and she was REMARKABLE! While I have had good phlebotomists at the 640 S Washington St Ste 140, Naperville, IL 60540 location, Sydney is in a class all by herself!
2 weeks later:
I timed my next visit to hopefully get Sydney again. Voila! Another terrific visit! YAY!
Different Phlebotomist, still pretty good.
Only negative - no hand soap in bathroom.

If you come early for your appointment and everyone is taken care of and long gone( like 15 minutes) they still will not take you until your appointment time.
