It's the 5th day since they collected my blood and half of my hand is bruised and it hurts that I can't even stretch or lift my hand. The worst experience so far and I have been a donor for several years and I have never encountered such a problem.

I have been to this location 4 times in the last 30 days. My first two experiences were wonderful with Cody and Diana. Cody was very thorough in explaining everything to me. When unsure, went and got clarification which I appreciated. I also get very squeamish with blood, he talked to me the whole time, kept me calmed and I felt nothing! Diana was very kind and helpful as well! Then the last two times I got Maggie. Maggie does not have an ounce of customer service or compassion. The first visit, she saw me for all of what felt like 30 seconds. I was there to repeat an at home lab I did incorrectly. When I asked for clarification I was shut down and told "it's on the paper". I didn't press for information because I was better off calling my PCP after how quickly she brushed me off and her tone. The second visit with Maggie (4th total visit) I show up with my at home lab and she doesn't greet me, just asks for the order. I said I didn't have it because it was not communicated to bring it in. I didn't need it when dropping off the first time (second visit). She had an attitude to start but it just got worse. She brought someone in whose name I did not catch. This women gave some monotone "we're sorry for the miscommunication.." (sounded so scripted like she's had to do it for Maggie before). I said "there was no miscommunication there was just NO communication." Maggie stated she didn't even remember me. I recapped my visit with Maggie and she said "that's not what happened, she just said she didn't remember me! Now she can say that's not how the visit went?! Also, They kept speaking over me and when I called them out for it and to let me finish talking, Maggie said "talk talk!". Maggie should not be working with people, some of us go there are vulnerable, scared and dealing with some serious medical issues and they're given the worst costumer service. AVOID MAGGIE AT ALL COSTS. Ask for Cody or Diane!!!

Make sure if you walk in that you get there a hour or more before they close if you have a walk in…they told me they don’t take walk-ins 30 minutes before they close. Wish they would put it on their website somewhere…but totally understandable.

I had an amazing experience here today with my 4 year old. The staff were understanding of my concern for having my little guy's blood drawn as his veins are so tiny - they had 2 amazing ladies that made the process so smooth and easy, helped to divert his attention, and it only took one try on his little arm. Highly recommend. Also a very clean Quest location!

Based upon my experience today with checking in, being called on time for the appointment, and answering questions to taking blood, Diane was fantastic. Always apprehensive about staff & who will be using a needle on you at any medical facility. Thank you.

DO NOT GO TO THE NAPERVILLE FACILITY - They are a total joke and VERY RUDE!!!!! They say that they take walk-ins, but I waited 50 minutes as a walk-in and when I asked the woman how much longer, she was so rude and said that we always do appointments before walk-ins. I get that, but I told her that if you're not going to squeeze walk-ins between scheduled appointments, then don't advertise that you accept walk-ins. I asked her if she could check to see when I might be called and she said 'NO'...as a result, I walked out. I went to Edward hospital and was in and out within a 1/2 hour. What does that say? YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!!

The African American technician was very professional, friendly and courteous. She listened to my needs and was very efficient with the fast service she provided. I didn’t feel a thing and she used the right size equipment.

I've come here a handful of times for occupational health things for work. I've personally always had a good experience. Making an appointment online is easy , and you just click a link sent you by email or text to confirm you're there for your scheduled time. If you make an appointment, my experience is that, you go in fairly quick (5-10 minutes max).I've seen others walk in , and they are frustrated due to wait times. They will always prioritize appmnts over walk-ins (makes sense). So I do NOT recommend just waltzing in here and expecting to be seen right away. If you do, then ensure you've got time to do wait.My phlebotomists have always been good at obtaining specimen on first try , then again I'm young and have caterpillar veins ?.They're right on the first floor, straight ahead , to the right of the evelvator. Easy to find. Clean facility, plenty of parking. Typical short staffing on certain days (welcome to anything healthcare), but they still do their best to get the job done for you. Bathrooms available in the main lobby area.I recommend coming here WITH an appointment ??

This place is a joke. You call their phone number, and all you get are canned, automated responses. You can not get a live person on the phone. It appears that all they care about is taking your money, and don't care to talk to you. Very poor way to run a business. A patient is better off going elsewhere...

This company does not have BlueCross BlueShield in their online list of insurance companies, only those with IA and MN attached.

The future of medicine is mindless tests and procedures by companies like Quest with no human oversight. I might as well be my own doctor. No way to contact office because they don’t have anyone to take over any duties the receptionist might have. As a result I cannot confirm if my medical orders for the test every were received by them or whether they lost them or not until I arrive. This was a problem for me twice!Later my doctor sent a blood test to them to be process and they did not note whether I was fasting or not and so flagged my blood sugar incorrectly. (I was not fasting). No way to contact quest nor annotate report.Another interaction. They emailed me a bill for $6. But didnt say what it was for. I logged on and they dont have a way to check your bills unless you enter individual lab codes. You cant contact them because they out so many hurdles up. Gawd i hate them.

First time going to this location almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my results. I’m not able to reach a live person about it. The tech who drew my blood was great though. His name was Cody. I just wish there was something I could do to figure out why I haven’t heard anything.

It can be hit or miss with the techs, but I do want to say that the last few times I've gone have been a great experience. Cody is one of the best techs they have - he's so patient and kind and made it a great experience for my son. Thank you, Cody!Tip - Take advantage of filling out info online (including insurance info) before heading in. Trust me! Then you don't have to worry about using the kiosk inside. Saves time!
