We started getting out taxes done here 4 years ago… The first year everyone was very helpful, responsive and no mistakes…It’s really slipped since then. So expensive, They don’t recall important conversations, lose emails and so many problems… We won’tBe using their services again.

Got 2022 taxes done for $700 for our 1 income household. Also had 2021 taxes reviewed for accuracy and they lost that entire folder. Very difficult to get a hold of. Went there 3 times with the kids as it’s hard to get a hold of them. Unacceptable

Margie has been doing my taxes for my entire adult life. She’s awesome. Gets me in last minute, always handles my business income well so I get the maximum refund. I recommend her to everyone.

Super disappointed and frustrating that I trusted this business with my small business and personal tax return. I have now paid over $650 in late fees. So many ignored emails and phone calls. Never once did anyone from the office notify me about filing late. However, I did receive about 54345944 emailed newsletters leading up to tax season reminding me about daylight savings and how important referrals are to them. Extremely disappointed that a small business owner would treat another small business owner this way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not tell you pricing up front and then charge astronomical prices for simple tax return. You also have to follow up many times to get anything done and you're lucky if they return a call. My sister has been audited by the IRS because of them, they forgot to file thousands of dollars for my mom and now mine are wrong. I requested support and got a HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL response from Rich ending with "good luck." I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere!

If I could give less than one star I would do it. I went to Manietta in February and had my family taxes done. We paid $430 and they were done that day. End of March I had not received my state refund and looked online to find they were never filed. I had to call 3 times to get someone to look into this for me. He confirmed they were never filed and it was their error. He said he would file them. Now we owe more b/c our daughter since then has filed her tax return. Manietta told me that it was our fault for letting her do that before ours was done. I reminded him ours were done or so we were told. Unbelievable.

Margie "forgot" to file our taxes after a early February visit until we called in the end of March. That was our fault in their eyes. It cost us money!From her daddy Richard on down, the place is garbage. Trust me, find somewhere else to go.

Margie,She has a nice office however she never returns phone calls and did not do may personal return in 2 years. She said she thought I was having someone else do my personal tax return. So she only did my business return. I called her more than 6 times and NEVER returns calls. NOW, I owe 1500.00 in late fees. Then I called got very very very mad and now she fired me as a client. REALLY!!! I was firing her anyway.Lauren Cassidy

Horrible communication, response time and service. Do NOT hire Margie. Errors made and no attempt to prioritize correcting her mistakes. The most disappointing experience I could have imagined.
