I called this shop because All State recommended them and the person answering the phone was rude. I asked him if I could tow the vehicle to his shop and he said no and when I asked him why he says it's the rules and he doesn't make the rules. I was trying to tell him I'll pay the tow fee because I'm heading out of town but he hung up on me. So not only is he getting a 1 star review, I'll be going elsewhere!

Got auto body work done here . Shabby work . Door not properly aligned to vehicle and resulted in increased cold air and road noise in the vehicle . Took vehicle back again to show issues with their work .All this guy who says he worked for all state before did is to cover up and outright lie without any hesitation to avoid rework . I am not sure how the management here continue to employ a crooked person like him. Avoid this place under any cost . Only reason I had to chose them initially was because of how busy other repair shops were.Service: Body & Trim

I had a confirmed appointment and they refused me service when I took my car in after an accident. I scheduled through insurance and received text message confirmation from Service King. However, when I arrived the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and refused me service. I would strongly recommend using another body shop, this one clearly doesn't value customer service.

This experience was seamless. Katie and Nick were true professionals. Received daily updates on my vehicle. They went over and beyond my expectations. This place is Amazing. Car looks brand new. I met the Manager and she was extremely professional and nice. If you need your car repaired, call Service King of Naperville. Much Respect for this team. Had a minor collision (literal fender bender). They worked well with my insurance company, called with updates on the progress of my vehicle. There was a delay on getting one part (fog light) and gave me the option to either pick up early if I needed to and they would call when the part arrived or leave it there and they would call when it was completed. I opted to leave it as I had other vehicles. Great service definitely would recommend and use again if needed.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible experience. Front desk staff was several days late in completion, which cost me extra money. Their final cost was double the estimate, and the desk clerk refused to take Apple Pay despite the fact that their credit card terminal flashed an NFC prompt. Will never use this company again.Services: Painting

Brittany, from Customer Service, I regretted that I didn't say in my last review how the girl at the front desk provoked confrontations and arguments. She was the rudest girl I have ever talked to. She is incompetent in her job. She doesn't return calls or make them to inform the customer of progress of claim. I found an excellent job shop with a great reputation to do the repair to my car.

This shop is fabulous. They fixed all the damage to the car, and texted me of their progress. When I picked up the car, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. My car is a 2017 camaro and they detailed it inside and out. It was a very positive experience.Service: Body & Trim
