Brent & Mauricio were fantastic help! I love working with Sherwin-Williams. Brent reminded me of the free consultation sessions they provide for customers trying to determine paint color. We used that service in the past for our first floor remodel & were very happy with the expertise & professionalism. It’s unbelievable they offer that service free of charge! Looking forward to seeing how the Emerald paint performs for our bathroom remodel now - so exciting!! Thanks guys for your friendly approach to customer service - a gem of a store to have locally! Alex totally saved my day , I had a very small piece of drywall to match the paint , she somehow made it work saved me 2 hours to go back and get better sample.

Same here , Today I asked the girl for sanding disks, believing I would get a better product than the big box stores.
She pointed me to a lower shelf which had some larger discs, but not the 5" 8 hole style I was looking for. I was also looking for some 3min plastic rolls, I did see what I thought I could use, 3min, But the roll box listed the measurements in Metric. I needed inch/foot measurements and did notice a measurement in units of "pi" . The measurements seemed like it could be in feet but the units of "pi" I was not familiar with. Both the woman and the man, couldn't give me any useful information the just kept repeating the Metric measurements. I myself converted the metric to feet and yes the 'pi' unit was referring to feet, which I can use to evaluate the package. It also turned out the package had one side in French, and the other side in feet. But neither clerk was helpful. From the previous customer;s same experience and the " Google Maps responder was very polite, but this Woman is still being rude to customers.

There's a girl that works there with Tattoos that is really rude. She acted like I was disturbing her for asking for paint. Mean looks ave not polite.

Worst customer service, should get no stars. I get why the painters who painted my house use Benjamin Moore. To add, i also emailed the corporate office on my issue and per they're response they could have cared less.

I was sent here from the Lisle shop because they had no stock and was told that this location should have something like 6 cans of paint of the variety I was looking for. Well, either their computer system was not up to date or they had a busy morning because they were all out. I really don't understand how these paint stores can have no paint! The clerk upgraded me to the next level of quality (which would have been a bit more expensive) without charging for the upgrade, since they didn't have what I wanted to buy. Sherwin-Williams paint is expensive (paint is $$$ anyway these days); I only went with it because that was what my handyman said he uses. Glad I finally got the paint, but overall this was a frustrating shopping experience.

We went in tonight to get paint for kids' rooms. The staff was super helpful and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed! I will be going back here next time we have another project!
