Lindsay did an awesome job on a complete repair of my Thorogood boots. I wish I had taken a photo of my boots before she worked on them because they looked absolutely horrible. I thought for sure there was nothing she could do, but she made it happen. They're just as comfortable if not more. Her hard work went above and beyond! Thank you so much for saving me another pair of boots.

Took 4 months to get new latches on a bag. For $75 was told the bag would be conditioned and other piping/seams touched up also. For months they kept saying "we can't find the same latches" which I was upfront and adamant about from the beginning - I didn't care. After many calls saying I don't care what latches you put on the flap, it just needs to close, I was finally going to just retrieve it and demand my money back. They finally called saying it was finished, and while the latches were replaced clearly nothing else was done. Still full of scuffs and scratches and visual defects that can be treated or concealed with light polishing. Piping and seams weren't touched. But boy when they presented it to me they were expecting some level of praise with the "look at all we did." I saw immediately that this wasn't true but I was too exhausted by the process to argue, fearing they'd say "just leave it a couple more days and we'll take care of that" and I'd see it in 2025. I smiled politely and thanked them and left. But I won't go back.

Not happy with the service at all. Read the reviews and should had taken their word for it. They told me 2 weeks they would be done. I called a week after just to see if any of the shoes were done by coincidence, since I was going to be out of town, they said maybe all of them will be done later in the day or the next day. I let it be, went on vacation, called them when I came back. The man told me that they were not done yet and it will take more time to finish them. I told him what he had said the previous time and how could he not be done if he, himself had stated that they would be done the next day after I called? I then told him that I would be back on Friday to pick them up, finished or not. I picked up on Friday and my shoe laces were not cleaned at all, my gym shoes are even more dingier than when I dropped them off. From what I gather, this business needs to be more honest with people and be courteous of their time. Wanted to support local small business but not this one.

they kept my coat for over a year, kept saying they were repairing it and then when I finally came in to see why it was taking so long they hadn't even touched it

Thanks team! Fixed my favorite LL Bean boots just in time for all this nasty winter weather. Re-enforced and restitched a few of the crucial seams, and the work looks great! On top of that, cleaned & polished my boots. It's nice to have a local shop like this for high quality leather shoes/ leather work.

They had my shoes for 2.5 months. All they needed was a custom lace repair. Said they could do it, and every two weeks was a different story about it being delayed. If you can't do it, just say so.

I wanted to get my wife's purse fix. After looking for a leather repair shop I ran across Lindsay. It's hard to find a leather/cobbler (shoe repair) shop now a das. I left a message and within 20 mins of opening Lindsay called me back. Upon arriving at the shop I saw the shop was pretty neat and orderly. Lindsay looked at the purse explained to me what she was going to do to fix it. She gave me a up front price and time frame of one to two weeks because they were backed up. With in four business days I got a call and it was ready. When I picked it up I was impressed with the repair that was done. I think it was a deal $18 to repair both straps and $18 to cleanup the leather. Where else can you get a new looking coach for $38. Make sure to go to the location on Washington. Apple Maps sends you to Napier Blvd. 2035 S Washington St Naperville, IL 60565 United States

Really great place! I love the decor and cleanliness - a nice change from every other shoe cobbler I've been to. Lindsay helped me at the front and was super friendly and kind. I will be back!

Never in my life posted a review but this place has me fuming. Horrible job repairing my gym shoes. They look horrible they could have just said they don't do that type of repair on gym shoes, instead of literally ruining them. Then I don't even get a call that they are ready after 4 weeks when I was told 1 week.

Brought in a pair of beloved Australian leather sandals that had torn. They brought them back to life, repaired the ripped strap, conditioned the oil and re-soled the sandals. I was so happy and the price was very fair! Shop front is inviting.
