You charge top dollar for self serve bay but the water smells and full of gunk, the chemicals are bad quality and hoses just keep looping. I spent $15 and my car is stil full if mud because your system didnt work at all. You made $15 I lost $15.. are you going to pay me back? Or give me credit?

Probably one of the best Self Service car wash locations I have used in this area so far. Love the fact that they offer the foam cannon and In Bay blow dry system. Really sets them apart and helps you clean your car that much better. I’ll be using this location whenever possible!

Update: Upgrading from the 2stars to 3stars Bcuz of customer service . The lost two stars are because the machines are malfunctioning every time I go there.I’m surprised to say that I have received a call back and the situation has been rectified: I was issued a refund and apparently they found an issue with the soap dispensing system because of my call.The wash hasn’t been up to par last few times and this is the first time I’ve actually brought up the issue with management and as mentioned before I was hoping that issues were resolved without me having to confront them.Being frustrated from 2-3times of subpar service ($12-14 spent each time) i finally took action in the form of a phone call.Thank you SIF management. Please check your car washes, as this isn’t the first time this issue has occurred.——————————Save your time and money. Don’t come here!I come here because of the touchless car wash. I don’t know why I even waste my time due to “wishful thinking” that maybe THIS time the car wash will work. I’m very disappointed with this car wash service. I have called and left a voicemail message. let’s see if they respond

Hello,I was there on this past Saturday to go through the untouchable cad wash. I inserted my credit card for the $14 wash. It said on the display of a credit $1. Was confused and tried to cancel/refund. Nothing happen. I inserted my card again and went through. Today, I received my statement and it says I was charge for $28, of 2 washes. Called today and left a voicemail. No response back. I would like if the manager can call me back that I left on your voicemail.Thank you

Tried to get assistance with car wash no one on site. Tried to call number listed on site no one ever picks up. Left message, no one calls back. Wasted $14. Wash at your own risk, go somewhere else.

Not the greatest. My guess you have to spend the $14 for the best wash to get a good one. Won't be going back.. Barely any water pressure to spray the dirt off your vehicle.

I think the touchless does a decent job but i didn't see much soap and the blower should be on longer to get most of the water off of your car.

The only car wash I go to. Everything from soap to spotless rinse wash always works great. No complains whatsoever. Having the vacuums to clean the interior is a great touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who cares about their vehicle! ?Service: Vacuuming

I want a touchless car wash for my car so I found this place and got a membership. It’s a bit out of my way, even on my commute, but it’s what I’m looking for.A few things that I don’t like: There’s no mechanism to clean your wheels. If you want clean wheels you have to show up when someone is there and pay extra.You can only wash your car once a day. Sometimes one wash doesn’t get the job done and you’re stuck with a dirty car for another day. I have never had a wash membership with that limitation.Finally, my car is covered in salt and I went out of my way to get it washed yesterday. The wash was closed (at 5 pm) and May open at 9 am. I work 9 to 5 so I’m not sure when I’ll get a chance to wash my car if they are only going to be open business hours. And there’s nothing on their website to indicate when they are closing it down, or even what weather conditions will cause it close down.And make sure you have 20 minutes to kill for the automatic bays. Last time I was here, one was closed because “the rails were frozen” as I was told. I would think you could thaw the rails if you made the effort. I know the three car washes I passed on my way home were all working that day. And this time, the other bay is now closed. It’s after hours so there’s nobody here to explain why. And it’s above freezing, so it’s not that.

Great wash, just a little confused when using the self bay while paying with credit/debit card! Do you hit the blinking green button attached to the credit card device to complete your wash?

Been coming here for a long time and it seems the quality of the touch less wash has gone down. The wash was never great but got the job done. Went today to get all the salt off my car from the snow, even paid an extra $4 for the “better wash” and it missed the entire backside of my car? My whole bumper is still covered in salt and mud. Maybe the equipment has gotten old… skip this car wash. You can get a better wash for cheaper anywhere you go.

Read the fine print on their "unlimited washes" plan. There's a limit even on the top of the line plan. They have a free air compressor but no gauge on it and part of the time it's not working .

Awesome car wash. Open late at night and officially allows bucket washing on off hours.Wasted my money as the soap froze on my car in the winter, but that's on me.
