Took car through car wash last night and got micro scratches all over car...worse on passenger side. This was a costly mistake going here for a car wash.

Every time I go in there and the guy with dreadlocks is working (just went in at 6:45 August 31st 2024) Something goes wrong... Today I went to buy cigarettes and my total didn't show up on the screen. I informed him of such and he didn't say a word and just looked blankly at me. I asked him if he cared that I couldn't see how much I was supposed to pay and he also did not reply. In a previous encounter I turned in a wallet I found outside and that was the only time I saw him eager to do anything which was take the wallet. When I came back a few days later and asked him if anyone had claimed the wallet he acted like I never dropped one off. He had no clue. 100% sure he stole the wallet and is possibly stealing from customers given that the only time the screen showing my total doesn't work is when he's working. He should be fired immediately.

I am disappointed in this place. I have bought many times. I have tried to buy meat taquitos and they always end up being a different flavor. Please put the flavors where they go because I grab a meat one and end up having a jalapeño one that I hate. I will not buy here again, it has been several times.

everything was great but do not use the windshield scrubber. i was on pump 1 and i started cleaning my window and it made it worse left a film on it that blurred the window had to use my wipers and lots of blue water.

Not gonna say I hate this place completely because they have at least 2 good employees. But when those select people aren’t there it’s a nightmare. Nobody smiles. Nobody greets you. Your only choices for hot food is none at all or burnt to a crisp because they make hot food once a day and leave it. Most of the time they are just chatting or talking on their phones.

I purchased 6 (28 oz) bottles and a can of red bull. As I'm being rung up I received no greeting but a thank you at the end when he realized I wasn't going to give in to his attempt to rush me out the door. I don't understand why cashiers are still handing customers bags rather than bagging the items themselves. You're touching the drinks without a mask, I wasn't wearing a mask, and neither was anyone else. Pure laziness. A little girl and father walk up behind me to get in line and because he needed me out of the way to ring them up he slid the bags and drinks towards me to hint that I needed to hurry up. I did no such thing. I placed them all in 2 bags at normal speed. Apparently it wasn't fast enough for him as he then says thank you in an irritated tone and moves to the other register. How rude is that? I know it sounds like I'm being a Karen but I'm not. They were not slammed with people at all. He was just lazy and rude. I will not be back to this location. ?
