Mariah was great both as a stylist and managing the store. The standard of care at Great Clips was above the standard of other stores.

Staff here is very low quality. Zero conversation and checkin. Hair dressers will just cut without asking for your preferences and just want to rush you out

Kristy at the Naperville sports clips did a great job. Paid close attention to detail. Didn’t feel like it took an excessive amount of time. I’ll be returning and requesting her next time

Very clean and organized! Kris took time to examine how I wanted to sculpt the haircut and we made sure to get the perfect result! BTW, VFW provides a discount for Veterans!!

Worst place ever!! I hate their dumb online check-in. I literally waited 45 minutes and the person’s time expired who checked in. Kristy checked the screen and went to the back 10 minutes, when she could have very easily cut my hair during that time, but instead took the person who wasn’t even in the atore for an entire 45 minutes, and then 10 minutes after his time expired instead of the person who had been waiting! It is absolutely garbage that they don’t care about those who wait!! I actually felt generous and was going to leave a damn good tip too and buy their MVP season ticket of 6 haircuts, but they lost an excellent customer!
