The worst store ever. Jalil.Huerta assisted me I have too lot of concerns about my account.he did help me anything instead led me behind and assisting other costumer . Put me on the phone and the Person over the phone can't hear me anything. Please don't come to this store wasting your tome !!!!!!

T-Mobile gave away my number twice for a total of $13,500 stolen! First time they had a photo, second time it was done after hours within the T-Mobile community. I would NEVER recommend T-Mobile to anyone! ZERO SECURITY...ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! No one to talk to... no one does anything!!! They are a horrible company!

I'm going to speak specifically about T-mobile as a service, do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.The service is horrible these last few months in Chicagoland and customer service absolutely sucks.Not only did they switch their payment option from accepting credit cards to only debit cards to collect your payment(specifically giving you a discount for paying on time) but also their are down towers in the area that haven't been resolved in months and they have no eta of when they'll be back up, the estimates they do give are days to weeks. Buy somewhere else Mike Sievert deserves a pay cut or to be fired for failure in providing reliable service because that's my pain point, not that he cares If the service doesn't work what's the point of going to a store?!?!

By far the best experience I’ve had a cell phone store, the staff was on the ball and went the extra mile to run get an out of stock phone from another location. Fully helpful and attentive through the whole process ensuring that the new phone was up and running with all the data transferred before we left! I’m delighted with the service!

Added two new lines, and, while the device setup had some technical issues, Eileen explained everything throughout the process and was extremely patient and kind. Would recommend this store for their positive, friendly customer service.

Anthony helped me open up a account for my business. I needed a fast internet service. Anthony was very patient with me & knowledgeable about the plans that I was eligible for. I am really happy and satisfied with his excellent customer service skills!!!! The process was smooth & easy.

Worst customer service! They want you to do all the work for them! The store has a poor amount of options, as well. This does not apply to every member at the store, but surely there is a lack of respect, proper care, and even regard for your privacy and information in general. It's kind of like a scam.

T-Mobile is a terrible carrier. I upgraded my plan and have been having tower connectivity issues ever since. Nobody is able to help me, but they’re sure happy to keep billing me every month.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but don’t waste your time coming to this location. I was a former sprint customer and my phone qualified for a trade in. Jason had an attitude & would not abide by the promotion and made me go thru customer service. I called customer service that night and the representative said they aren’t able to complete the promotion via phone call and to go into the store. I ended up going to the Aurora location the next day and they helped me no problem.
