Inexperienced employees work at this location. Manager has an experience but he is just guiding team. But not completing my transaction. Wasted more than 2 hrs here.Plus they can't find where is the card reader. There are 3 other customers waiting to be served as well.This store needs transformation.

I purchased a phone Saturday evening from these people and I had buyers remorse because I thought that the phone was smaller than I thought. When I took the phone back on Sunday, the sellers were very rude and condescending. How is that if you are not satisfied with a 50,000 auto you can take it back and get something else. They have the affrontery to want to charge an 80 dollar restocking fee! If you want to get treated with respect don't go to this store! Rudeness is at the top of their list, especially that young man with the braids who's always sitting up front looking or talking on the phone. When I went there on Friday,this idiot took all my information only to tell me that they were closing. If you were closing at 8:30 he should have told me that at first.

Horrible service. We walk in wanting to buy 4 new phones. The 2 young men working didn’t even look up from their phones and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. They weren’t friendly either and also didn’t know what they were talking about. Horrible place. Don’t recommend at all. Not to mention we were there for 2 hours going over pricing then they go look to see if they have the phones and they didn’t so we left.

Mario's customer service was unsatisfactory and made us feel hurried. However, upon returning to the store shortly after to address a connectivity issue, Kia C delivered excellent service. Kia was dedicated to resolving the problem and successfully did so.

I came in to help my dad get a new phone and it was a breeze. I attribute this to Riley who helped us out. He knew exactly what he was doing, respected our choices, offered suggestions for recovering data from the shattered phone, and was very kind and personable. There's a few staff members who are go-tos for customers at this store and Riley is one of them. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate location across from Fox Valley Mall. They don’t know what they are doing. Every representative tells you a different story. Extremely poor customer service!

OMG! I heard Tmobile's service is aweful and it's true. Leave a message for the person to call me back and it's been 3 days and no call back. So I call the store and get a snotty sales guy! Service now a days is horrible and the people are disrepectful snots! What happen to good customer service? At least my business still provides it! I would never NOT call a customer back. I call my customers within in 24 hrs! I won't finish my day until I do this!

I called ahead, spoke with a team member (Zion), confirmed details about month cost and ongoing promo offer about a new plan, and when I got there, I got completely different information. 30 minutes wasted just because you couldn’t give correct information over a call. Extremely disappointing!!

I have purchased magenta max plan with 3 devices and put down 1000+ down-payment.but I am still being billed highly monthly.adrian the store manager who sold me all the phone, doesn't work anymore in the store.i will never suggest anyone to go with t mobile store near ti five guys.i talked to another service rep Mario he said he will update me but he never called back.worst experience ever.i tried everything on the customer service.this is the last thing I should do express my experience.

Ann was really amazing and provided the best possible service at the store. We were planning to switch our internet service provider. After finding out about the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet we decided to check it out and take advantage of the Trial offer. Ann was extremely helpful, explained about 5G Home Internet and the offered plan in great detail. She also set it all up at the store, answered all my questions to full satisfaction. It is working very well, the coverage throughout the house is excellent! It was a great experience, very happy with the service provided. Strongly recommend this store!

I feel swindled! I purchased 2 prepaid SIM cards last month and I was charged for four. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone with the representatives at this store. They did not take the initiative remedy the problem. I waited 10 days to see a refund, and then another 10 days to see a refund. Now I am sitting abroad with no way to address the problem.I feel helpless and very disappointed. AVOID!Update: it still has not been resolved after over 2 months. I just see it now as money lost.
