It’s very hard nowadays for people who work there at print center to ask you what can I do for you there is another man talk to one of the customer another person just available and decide not to step up to do the job I went there just to ask one simple question and wait for 10 mins without answer and decided to do printing on my own without knowing.

If I had a choice to put a minus star i would have done that. I had the worst experience with John from this staples branch. We went to their branch took a pic for my visa and then when I checked the drive after reaching home it was empty. I went back to the store and waited for 45 mins and the response i got was that it's some technical issue. I even offered to buy a usb drive but John and another lady staff declined to help saying it's time for them to close. We reached the store well before the closing time and they wasted the time dilly dallying with some random reasons and then they conveniently said it's time to close. It was my last date to apply my visa application and even after requesting multiple times that lady staff was impolite and showing severe attitude and declined to help. When I asked to speak to a manager they responded that there is no manager there. You should never go to such places who doesn't know the meaning of customer service.

I had came here for christmas last year to buy a new chair for my husband as a surprise but unfortunately my husband is very picky and I had to return it. But I had never return furniture before so I had talked on the phone to ask about the process and they had made it very easy and clear for me. I appreciate the help and assistance. The refund did take over a month and I had to call customer service but they helped with that as well. So overall great selection and very helpful and hope to shop soon!

Came here for their TSA pre-check services. Their website says they take walkins and their hours are until 8pm daily. Came on a Monday after work, arrived at 5:30pm only to find there were no TSA services, they apparently closed at 5pm, so it said on their little internal flyer. PLEASE update your hours for this on Google, on the Staples website, and the TSA website.

The lady who does the TSA pre-check must be some sort of devil in a human body. Has the trifecta: stupid, lazy and especially mean. Wow is she rude and mean!

We are looking for a new printer. My husband has many questions. We happened to be at Staples a few days ago and Akash, a Staples employee approached us and asked if we had any questions. My husband explained that we were looking at getting a new printer. Akash spent 20 minutes going over all the advantages of laser printers and ink jet printers. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. Staples is lucky to have him as an employee.
