Offer "call ahead" appt to ALL individuals. It was a 3.5hr vet appt. I have NEVER spent that much time at a vet and I've had pets my entire life. We found out as we were sitting there for over an hour we could have done call ahead. Went back to our original vet for more organization and better communication.

It's a dmv. Exactly what you would except government employees trying their hardest not to do their job.

Had to go back to pick up a new antibiotic for my sick gals. All 3 senior cats are passing something around. Biscotti has urine infection, Kitty has stomach problems so loose p*** in litter box and on towels covering my carpeting and Shortcake is a mystery. I love that the Vet followed up on our visit and prescribed a new medication.

We've been taking our two dogs here for years now but recently the wait to see a vet has gotten out of control. Two hours to see a vet on a Friday morning is unacceptable and for some reason NAM won't take appointments. We're sad to leave but we'll be taking our dogs elsewhere.

This place is a joke. It is insanely crowded, completely unorganized and the front desk help is unprofessional. Aside from that, the care given is nothing special and they try to over charge you every chance they get. I will no longer be taking my pet here and have found a much better vet.

The Best Quick service I've ever had. It's walk-in only and thankful for that. I went to another clinic- Animal care center of Plainfield emergency(The worst service they say 24 /7 emergency NOT the case they say we don't take anyone until eight) So , I decided all together change of plan after waiting an hour and a half in my car to go to Naperville animal hospital. The BEST customer service I've ever had. Everyone was amazing and thank you so Much for seeing Winston. Dr. Miabella was incredible and great with him. Very clean and was out in 10 minutes with anabiotic in hand. Everyone thank you!

I wouldn't recommend coming here AT ALL. Very unprofessional staff and overpriced me as I went home with no answers to my pet's issues. If I could take it all back I would. Run from this place.

I was referred to NAH by my vet for an urgent situation with my dog. Brought my old guy in and got his blood work done in no time. Found the cause of his recent issues and was prescribed antibiotics for his ailments and even got a detailed blood work report via email. This place does not accept appointments but they are kind, quick to diagnose your pet's health and prescribe the proper care for a pretty fair cost IMO.

The doctors are fine, need to get their act together on time estimates. Called ahead and was told about a half an hour, got here in 5 minutes and it was then an hour. Ok, these things happen. The waited 2 hours for an appt while my dog is struggling to breath. Very frustrating experience.

*Typed up this review a few weeks ago, but didn't post until now because I wanted to make sure my cat was alright and healthy before posting anything.* I am so disappointed in this place. My cat started vomiting a few days ago and wasn't eating. We usually go to a different vet, but they don't do walk-ins and we wanted our cat to be seen right away, so we took her to Naperville Animal Hospital. We went on a Friday around 11:30am, which is understandably a busy time, so they told us the wait time would be 1-2 hours. When it finally reached our turn, the vet did their checkup, prescribed medication, told us that he would give her an injection to stop the vomiting, and gave us two additional options: x-ray and/or blood test. We decided to just do the x-ray to make sure she hadn't swallowed a foreign object. First off, the vet didn't tell us exactly what the medication was for (I found out later on a second visit that it was an antibiotic.) He failed to inform us that the injection only lasts 24 hours. Furthermore, in addition to the checkup, it was time for our cat's rabies vaccine as she's still a young cat, so we asked the vet if he could give it to her as well. I didn't realize until I got home that the charge on the receipt is ridiculous. Not only did our vet forget to give my cat her rabies vaccine, they charged us an extra $68 for "additional views" on the radiograph, and didn't tell us they would be doing this. He basically showed us three of the same image of our cat's side view. Our cat's appetite didn't improve and she started vomiting again, so we called the vet on Monday morning. They told us we should've brought her in immediately once she started vomiting again, and that it was written on the "doctor's note" that we were given. We were not given a note of any sort. All I received was her prescription and the receipt. So we decided to take her back to the vet. This time the wait was a bit shorter, but once inside the room, we waited for almost 30 minutes. In fact we could see through the window of our room into the lab, and it seemed like most of the technicians and vets were having a good time and laughing, seemingly unaware of the whole lobby of waiting pet owners. When we finally got to see the vet, we decided to do the blood test as he mentioned it's possible she could have a virus. The vet gave her another injection to stop the vomiting. The one good thing to come out of this visit was that they gave her some fluids to replenish everything she'd vomited. They asked us to go back out into the lobby to wait while she got her fluids and the injection. I was called to the receptionist where she said "that'll be $304". They hadn't returned my cat, nor did I even know why it cost so much. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the vet as I was hoping to have some follow-up instructions or see how I could prevent my cat from feeling this way in the future. The receptionist said she'd ask for me, came back and told me the vet said that these things are unavoidable. First of all, neither this vet nor the first vet told me what's even wrong with my cat. We received the call back about the blood test the next day, and the vet said everything looks normal. We asked what we should do to help our cat feel better as she still isn't eating. He simply told us to boil some chicken and mix it with rice and she might eat it. Thanks a lot for no help. $670 later, $200 of which I'm not even sure what the point of was (injection, medication, add'l x-ray views). We have no solution, nor do we know what is even wrong with our cat. I could've taken that money and gone to another vet who would've actually given me a solution. I feel like our money has been taken advantage of and the time spent in the lobby I will never get back. We finally took her to a different animal hospital after two weeks of feeding her chicken broth, and that vet was a lot more helpful and didn't

Took my dog here a couple of times because of GI issues. They could never give me a clear answer to what was wrong and continued to charge me so much time after time. After the third visit I decided to go elsewhere and our new vet was able to figure it out right away.

Don't expect a phone call back from anyone regardless of the urgency. I'm terribly disappointed with this place. Take your pet elsewhere
