Receptionist very helpful - put me immediately in the section of the store where I found the type of faucet I was trying to replace.
Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Doing an office and two bathroom renovations has been made much easier as we worked with Chad from Studio 41! Our needs and visions for the bathrooms were met with success as Chad understood what we were wanting, each step of the way.
However, I would steer clear of utilizing their in-stock Studio 41 cabinets for any office filing needs. The drawers are not deep enough to hang standard-sized folders with the plastic tabs to label. It was suggested I purchase "stand alone file frames" which I did ($74.00+) to find they also didn't fit and couldn't be returned. Studio 41 offered me their version of frames so an additional amount (in excess of $100.00, I think) had to be spent, and you can forget about placing the regular plastic tabs to label your file folders as they hit the bottom of the drawer above. This was the only VERY disappointing purchase but live and learn.
Will continue to utilize Studio 41 for all our projects!

Jenn has been invaluable to us during our home building process! From plumbing fixtures, to cabinet pulls, to countertops… she’s been our go to, and Studio 41 has been our one-stop shop for all our needs. We are so thankful we found her!! I highly recommend Studio 41 over other larger name competitors. We switched from a competitor halfway through due to lack of customer service and much higher pricing that they were not willing to work with us on at all. Again, I cannot say enough how much I recommend Jenn, and Studio 41 as a whole, for all your home design needs!

If you're looking to do a kitchen remodel; without any hesitation we recommend working with Carol Gadbaw. Carol has a wealth of design experience and we feel lucky to have been the receipts of her professional input. She assisted us by creating a layout/plan; as well as helping in selecting cabinetry, counter-top and tile. Carol has a magical way of providing the space and comfort needed to make these decisions. It's in her patience that she really shines!

Could there be anything more painful than picking out bathroom and kitchen faucets and sinks? Nope. But Arlene was great helping us take our vision and make it real. Lots and lots of samples to see. Never felt rushed by her, she knew the nuances of all the brands and what would fit our design and our budget. Well worth facing Naperville traffic to shop here.

Its been a great experience with Studio41 and this is all thanks to Danielle. Our house is under renovations due to fire damage and our contractor recommended studio41 for kitchen cabinets. We have recently ordered our cabinets but the experience has been incredible. From Nancy at the front desk to getting our cabinets ordered with Danielle. Very smooth and organized process with Danielle, she understood what we were looking for, made recommendations and so far the layout makes our kitchen look very nice. Leaving a review before we even have our cabinets, we are very pleased. Thank you Danielle!

I'll never recommend no one to go shopping at this store completely unprofessional and. Don't explain to customers that the parts I'll take more than 3 months to arrive or delivered. Really upset ? ?

Our first experience of walking into studio 41 was more than pleasant. We were met by Nancy at the entrance who helped us by asking what we were looking for and directed towards areas that met with the purpose of our visit. We walked out with ideas and catalogues and are now looking forward to setting up an appointment for our kitchen remodel. We have a good feeling about this and it’s all because of Nancy and her way of making us feel comfortable and welcomed that we will be back here.

I guess no wanted to help. I spoke with an associate for about 2 mins told her what I was looking for and she walked away, and sat at her desk. I looked around and she continued to sit at her desk and talk to other employees. Maybe it was the way I was dressed. (And Harley shirt and sweets).
