I was quoted "around 75$" for a bath/deshed/teeth brush and when my dog is ready it's 110$. So I tried to explained this and they argued with me, then some guy came out and started giving me attitude about the situation, trying to continue an argument, while 110$ was sitting on their desk that I was literally paying them. And then they lied saying my dog was 40 lbs but when I weighed him twice on the way out, he was 34. Then the huge girl came out telling me to leave. All while I had my toddler with me. So all in all, not too happy.

Our 86 pound Golden came out of the grooming salon looking SO CUTE!! The staff were very attentive and treated him wonderfully. Pics for proof. Worth every penny (quite reasonably priced, too!)

They take so much good care of my dogs. Ma Li is the best! She does the perfect grooming on my Pomeranian and assures he takes breaks to rest his legs because he has hip dysplasia.

Best groomer ever! ??❤️ Not only was the groomer and the staff superb, knowledgeable, gifted with animals, and really knew their craft, but also they took my puppy at the very last minute in an emergency type of grooming situation. I couldn't ask for a better groomer. Thank you Sudzy Puppy. We all were able to sleep soundly with the help of the groomers at Sudzy Puppy.

You can tell by how Ma Li looks at your pup how much she adores animals and her job. Being new to the area and my dog being a child to me, it was so wonderful to hand him over to her knowing he was in good hands (literally! - she held him vs. putting him on the ground since he was nervous).The cost is quite a bit more than I am used to paying having moved from a different suburb; however, I can honestly say, it was the best haircut he has ever gotten. You can tell how detailed she is by how she trimmed his ears, tail, and snout! Thank you, Ma Li!

I love Sudzy Puppy and my chi, Joi loves it there also. When we come she can't wait to go to the back for personal " spa day" we both are fond of the blueberry mask!! We she is done her black coat is shined and she is squeaky clean and smelling luscious!! Glad we found Sudzy Puppy!!

I brought my black short hair cat in for a brush cuz she had SO much floof! She ended up getting a dry bath, which she 100% needed, and she looks INCREDIBLE! Smells incredible! I am so happy with the service and communication, everyone was so nice and had nothing but good things to say about Bellatrix. I will 100% coming back and yvette! You were amazing, you groomed Bella to look beautiful and made the crazy amount of hair make Bella look so pretty and she is happy too! Thank you guys!!!

TLDR; Book with Yvette. That's it.Meticulous, professional, and friendly - Yvette gets two paws up for making sure our doggo looks/smells/feels his best. And though our anxious boy (he's part Chihuahua - IYKYK) spends several hours being bathed, brushed, combed, and cut, he's always calm at pick up, which makes us feel confident about coming back again and again.

Clean PuppyWhen chosing a place for your puppy you may have a lot of factors to consider. If you're like me and your puppy is family, you want the best place for them.That said I'm going to give you all the factors I considered here.I'll start by saying the grooming was really good, and they did a great job. If I was only basing my review on that, I'd give 5 stars. What you don't know or see before coming here are some factors you may not have thought of, and may not be important to some people.The location of Sudsy Puppy gives me the most trouble. They are located on Ogden Ave in a busy area. The front of the building is literally only about 20-25 feet from the street. When you park your car you are steps away from the busy road. I have small dogs and I am scared about that small area and anything that could happen. It's not their fault, but that is a concern of mine.Being in that busy area, there's no grass around the building. Grooming can take up to 3 hours so your dog is going to need to potty right before and right after grooming. I found a patch of grass much further behind the building but you park in front of the building.Those may be small things but I have to think about the safety of my dogs.
