It was my first time going there since the new owners took over and I love it. Everyone was very friendly and Troy did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this nail salon and I am definitely going back.

Super clean space. I can't stand going into a nail salon and seeing the dust everywhere from previous clients. T2 is spotless. They manage appointments on time and are always sticking to the schedule. I love the online booking options and even though I've only been twice so far, I'm pretty certain this is my new go-to spot. Standard pedi is still looking fresh after 3 weeks. Gel lasted 10 days before a single chip. Just had a dip applied that looks and feels great.

First I want to say Trinity has always did outstanding work. But due to her delicate situation she is not handling acrylic. So today I think his name is Troy, my nails I realize after I got in the car in sun they are lumpy. I showed Trinity how rough they feel and she filed them for me, but she had a client and I could not impose and that client. I also had to tell him she( Trinity) put a coat on before she polish with the color. I was not happy at all. He was late to the appointment by 5 minutes no big deal. So I booked my next appointment with Trinity husband.(Vincent)

This is not my first time at this salon — I have been here many times and usually have a good experience with Vincent and other girls. The 3 stars are not for the salon overall, but specifically for Emily, who did my nails today. She had a rude attitude. I know I am a tense person, and my hands can freeze and shake, but she was pulling my hands roughly and without speaking to me. She didn’t give me any hand massage, and when she asked if I wanted lotion, it was in a rude tone.
I had booked an appointment for an ombre gel no-chip, but was told the system showed something different. I was then pressured into doing acrylic with regular polish, which I do not like at all. I usually pay extra to get powder instead of polish, but Emily had another client waiting after me, so I felt rushed and forced to settle.
I am very disappointed with today’s service. However, Yasminn did my pedicure, and she was excellent — very skilled and very sweet.
I am sorry Vincent but this is an honest review.

This was my first time going to T2 and I booked in advance. I got sat with Emily and she did absolutely amazing!! I will be booking with her for sure :) I loved the environment, everyone was friendly, clean space, great service. Prices could be better but honestly, willing to pay it for the result. This set was an acrylic fill in and came out to around $70 (with my first time customer discount) 😬 I will be back!!

You HAVE to check out T2 Nails in Naperville! Seriously, I'd been to like four other places in Naperville before I found them, and T2 Nails is a total game-changer.
The staff are amazing – so friendly and professional from start to finish. They use top-notch stuff, so my mani-pedis always last ages. Plus, they're super clean and hygienic, which is a big plus for me.
And Ana? My nail tech? She's the absolute sweetest! She's so attentive and always has great ideas for my nails. She even helps me plan out my next appointment!
If you're looking for the best nail salon in Naperville, look no further! Trust me on this one.

They have the most talented nail artists here, whether you want regular mani/pedi or some fancy complicated design - they will deliver what you want. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere here is very relaxing.

Horrible customer service. Salon uses horrible products as well. Nails do not last. Management is awful
