Gabriella Carr is truly an outstanding agent. We worked with her through the Zahand Team while searching for a rental, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Gabriella made us feel heard and supported. She is professional and knowledgeable about the market, and just an overall kind and genuine person.
What impressed us the most was the amount of time and effort she put into helping us. We had a very specific list of needs, like our budget, location, pet-friendly, commute times, and Gabriella made sure everything she showed me checked those boxes. She didn’t just send over a bunch of generic listings. She actually called on over 50 different properties to make sure they were still available and met our criteria before we even scheduled a showing. That kind of dedication is rare.
One place we really liked had very limited availability, and Gabriella managed to schedule a same-day showing and then helped me through the application process immediately after. She was always one step ahead of us, it felt like, and quick to respond. Very good communication, and even flagged potential nearby construction that could impact my decision. We never felt rushed or pressured.
We decided to hold off on moving for personal reasons, but we are so glad we got to work with Gabriella. She made what could have been a frustrating and overwhelming process feel easy and even enjoyable. I absolutely plan to work with her again when I’m ready to make a move, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hard-working/caring agent.

Kimberly Zahand helped us sell our Victorian gem quickly and for top dollar. She was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the process and patiently explained everything to us each step of the way. Kimberly met with us to walk us through our house room by room with suggestions and advice on what to do and not do, to get the house on the market. She and Laura Sherman staged our home to perfection to be ready for photos and the open house.
