It's a beautiful room with a wonderful sound system and good lighting. We were there to see the Ashe Brothers perform and will definitely return if they ever play there again. The food and drinks were wonderful and the service superb. A great venue!

Not a great experience overall. The look and feel is great but the food just wasn't on par. We ordered a few items. The mocktails was excellent and I am sure the drinks would have been great also. The beef hash and the breakfast sandwich was good

This was an absolutely horrible experience for my birthday brunch celebration. We had a group of 10 and there was only one other table in use at this large restaurant. That should have been the sign to go somewhere else We were quickly seated but it took almost 30 minutes for them to get our drink orders and it took another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. We had been there for 1 1/2 hours and had no appetizers or any food. At this point, we were the only ones in the restaurant. I had to speak very loudly to get the one person who was serving our table to come over for water refills and let them know that if we did n't receive something, we were leaving. Minutes later our food started coming out including our appetizers. The food was decent but the very long wait ruined the experience. Also there was no apology, discounts on the bill, nothing for the inconvenience. I had to request they remove the automatic 20% gratuity from the bill. That audacity to think we were tipping 20% after this experience. The location is beautiful and food was decent but service was horrible and I'll never return.

Nice place, great band, couldn't get anyone to wait on us. We did get some water after about a hour and 20 min. We would go back but, would bring our own food and drinks.

We entered into 3 hosts gathered in confusion and ignoring us. I moved so close to the stand I was pressed against it staring at the hostess, waiting for acknowledgment that we were there. Although we had reservations, seating was confusing and unorganized. Once seated, things continued to decline. I'm not getting into every detail in regards to table service or lack of. The venue was crowded, and we enjoyed the live entertainment. I may try it again strictly for the entertainment that might be booked.

Seating is so bad (Seating in a banquets seat) ? .... I would not go to this place for free ...

Pretty decent venue. Went there for a concert. Good acoustic environment. Only issue is, it smells like food all over the place.

Recently attended the Rahat Fateh Ali Khan concert at this venue
* Despite being seated in one of the front rows the experience was deeply unsatisfactory
* Poor crowd management and subpar seating arrangements detracted from the event
* The venue is evidently more suited to being a banquet hall rather than a concert space?
* Lacks the necessary acoustics, ambiance, and infrastructure for high profile performances
* The entire event felt like a waste of time, energy, and financial resources
* Strongly recommend against attending concerts or similar events here due to its inadequate facilities?

We visited the The Matrix Room Restaurant, Meg's Lounge based on a recommendation. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious!! We were able to enjoy the Summer Dinner Menu. Sharable plates Korean BBQ w/Fried Rice & Tandoori Chicken Skewers. For large plates: Bronzino dish, Caribbean Chicken. We were met by the friendly greeter, Brianna, she introduced us to the Chef, Alonso. We spoke at length as we lived in NY State for 12 years and he is from NY Long Island. He asked about our preferences on spice level as I ordered the Caribbean Chicken entree and accommodated our special request to filet the Bronzino fish. All portions were decent and priced reasonably. We had leftovers and enjoyed them reheated in the air fryer. We will definitely go back!!

Went there for a giant musical show Legacy of Khans (Rahat Fateh Ali). Why organizers selected this place to save money instead of Now Arena in Hoffman Estate, IL. I been attending Rahat Fateh Ali shows for the last several years. The sound system was not of high quality as compared to Now Arena. It does not have permanent seating and there were tiny uncomfortable chairs.

Terrible sound system and seating was so congested.
Took them 20 minutes to get our tea which didn’t taste good.
Overcrowded before entering the seating area which we thought we could enter when we arrived but instead had to wait for almost one hour.
Could barely see the stage. This place is not meant for concerts.
Ticket prices were high but the service and experience provided was very poor. Won’t be coming back to this venue.

Went there for a Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s concert and boy what a nightmare!! Firstly, the show was supposed to start at 6:30 pm and they didn’t even open the door to get in until 7 pm! The show started at 7:45 pm! Secondly, it is the worst place to have a music concert. It does not have permanent seating and assigned seating arrangements. The organizer had put rows of the smallest the most uncomfortable chairs with taped seat numbers. Doesn’t matter that price you paid for the tickets you can’t see the stage! The venue is not designed for having a seated concert. In an event of an emergency the place would be nightmare with everyone stepping over each other! I wouldn’t pay more than $20 for this kind of arrangement and seating! It’s literally a rip off!

I went to attend Rahat Fateh Ali Khan show in October 2024. They provided wooden chairs plus the banquet hall was over packed. The distance between rows was bare minimum to sit. They had only three rows to walk in and walk out. Two outer rows and one middle row.
The place is not ideal for musical concert at all, all the rows are at the same level so you can’t see what is going on the stage at all.
The place is ideal only for weddings or small concerts and they should fill seats up to the capacity of the hall.
Will not go there to attend any show ever
