0 or negative stars actually. Worst dry cleaner in the area and needs to be closed permanently! They ruined my designer clothes multiple times(button missing for my $750 blazer/yellow oil stains on my $350 white sweater). They also send someone’s designer jackets to me on accident. Worst part is, the manager and the owner don’t care when they made mistakes and had no intention to correct them. The manager has a nasty attitude all the time. I even wrote an email to Tide CEO about this location but has no response. There’s no option left other than report this business to better business bureau. Do NOT take your clothes here, they will ruin them for you!

I had a miserable experience with this business . First time it happened sometime back when they destroyed my expensive shirt and they said sorry to resolve it. I gave them benefit of doubt and again give them service but this time they messed up my expensive white shirt so bad that it got yellow spots. Upon complaining they rework and then they couldn't be able to resolve the yellow spots and then thirst time not sure what they did but they shrunk my tshirt that it is not wearable now. This is crazy but seems like the management doesn't care and all they want to make money without providing quality service. I will caution everyone to use their washing or dry cleaning service. I am planning to escalate their this poor performance to the district level so that something needs to be done to this business owner and staff to either provide good service or close down their business. Very bad quality of service.

Use to go here often. Now I am changing the dry cleaners. They have ruined the buttons on my sports coats and all designer shirts. Most of them are broken in half. When picking up clothes, they have a nice service of loading in the car, but the last couple of time, they said entire order was put in the car only to realize that they were missing half of the order. Upon calling, they said, sorry, we made a mistake and they could not find the other items for another 2 days.

Cleaning service was great. However, when I came to pick up my clothes the door was still locked at 7:05. When I walked in, the employee just began opening the register and stated she works in the back and it's not her fault. Pretty bad experience and won't be returning
